Never go through home depot for installations, I have been trying for 3 months to get information on a system I had installed in April. Nothing but buck passing. Update: Issues we're resolved by the install er. I am pleased with the product and installation .

We are happy with how quickly the install was scheduled. Nettle and Tony showed up in the morning, gave us a quick briefing on the work and they got to work. Fast, efficient work by these two guys have us comfortably cool for the summer. Thank you!

Technician Dennis was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He got the AC working again and made sure we weren't charged because it was covered by the warranty.
We were scheduled to have a tech come check out our AC but then needed to cancel the appointment. Our appointment was on a Saturday. We called several times, but couldn’t get ahold of anyone from the company, so the tech came. When we explained that we tried to cancel the appointment, he said that nobody was in the office on Saturdays so we couldn’t have canceled the appointment. We said we still needed to cancel it and the tech got mad, glared at us and slammed our front door so hard behind him that the walls shook. We heard him slam his van door too. Our little kiddos were there too. They were so confused by his anger. I was so glad that we canceled the appointment at that point. We won’t ever a support a business with such unprofessional hothead techs. We felt bad that we had to cancel the appointment and did everything in our power to cancel it ahead of time. It was an unfortunate event, and handled very poorly by the tech. I wouldn’t recommend this business.

AbsoluteAir/OyBoy (now YES!) have become my go-to company for all things HVAC. A couple years ago they replaced my old Furnace. They did a fabulous job and the financing options through Home Depot was a great perk (thanks Rex). This time I had my (even older) AC replaced by them. Jensen did the initial AC check-up and it was the most thorough I've ever had done. Kassidy did the install and it was flawless. You can't go wrong with these guys. They're out to earn your business and get solid reviews so they do a fabulous job!

Had Absolute Air install an A/C unit today at my home. The entire process has been perfect and the installation technicians (Slade & Wyatt) were punctual, courteous, professional, and highly skilled. Overall, an amazing experience!
