Their technician ran through everything before giving me a quote and explained my options with a price breakdown. He had to run & get a few things, but three different plumbing issues around the house were fixed in just like two hours, I thought it was going to take more than one visit, so I was extra happy with the speedy service. The technician left the work areas very clean and I will totally be using these guys again for our upcoming electrical upgrades I have planned (and any other plumbing projects we come up with)
Our main master switch providing power to our home blew out on Saturday afternoon. We made many attempts to find help, surprised that 24/7 companies really aren't 24/7. Eventually, we got hooked up with Hot and Soft. Josh and his team mate were able to get our antiquated meter base replaced for us on Sunday because they had connections enabling them to get an electrical supply place to open their store so they could obtain parts. We really appreciate their help. They did a great job for us.
This plumbing, heating & air Co. is top notch!!! Super friendly staff & work people. Helped me out with some really appreciated cost reduction & the new hot water heater looks beautiful, runs fantastic & couldn't be more pleased!!! Would highly recommend these folks to anyone needing this type of work done!!! 😆😆😆

They did a great job! They were quick efficient and knocked out what I needed them to do and I was able to move on with my day. Also, they were on time which is very important to me.
Called Hot and Soft for a shower issue as we saw them mentioned by someone in a review for a different company. Jamie was extremely helpful, flexible, and accommodating on the phone with me. As a landlord of multiple properties I am limited in time and ability to meet people for every issue at every property. She was very flexible and reasonable able to get me a ballpark estimate based on the info I had and work with me around my specific issues. She was very prompt, had availability that day to send someone out and I just got a good vibe from her which reflects well on the company. I did not end up going with them as their estimate was very close to our normal plumber we use, so decided to stick to him. I did not have our work done by them but I feel they are definitely worth hiring. Very reasonable and responsive willing to work around your specific needs for convenience. I feel bad not using them as they were very great to work with!
Great service and a very fair price. Saved me a lot compared to other companies. They are ethical and looking for long-term customers. I recommend them emphatically.
Hayden was prompt and did a great job of fixing the pipes. I can at least use the bathtub now!

Over last three months at condos, used Hot and Soft to replace five sump pumps, dig out and rebuild sump and a water softener. They are responsive, crews are friendly and decent prices
My backyard water spigot froze, Hayden came out for the repair, he was professional, knowledgeable and very certious, I would have Hayden back anytime for any of my plumbing needs.

Couldn’t be happier with our new tankless and water softener
These guys are awesome!! Jerik help me understand the pro’s and cons of the tankless water heater. He also installed a recirculate line to give me almost instant hot water. 5stars and will be definitely referring them to everyone!
