These guys always do a great job. Aaron and Brighton serviced my clogged floor drain. They were on time,professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.
Aaron came out on a Sunday because we had a water leak we could not identify. He determined that our upstairs toilet, which had recently been replaced, had not been seated correctly. He showed us what the problem was and how he would fix it. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He went the extra mile and was very respectful of our home and property. Aaron helped to solve the problem quickly and efficiently and saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars in property damage.
I contacted Plumbing Utah late last week with a leak in my shower handles and spout. They were quick to respond Via Facebook and got me in touch with the owner who was quick to provide me with a reasonable quote. We were able to get a date scheduled for Tuesday of this week, unfortunately, another customer had an emergency so they had to shuffle some jobs around; while with most other Plumbers that would be an issue, they took the time to call me the night before to let me know, and were very apologetic during the call. We re-scheduled for Wednesday. I received a call prior to them driving over, and they made sure to let me know the time it would take to get to my home to get the job done. Coco was the plumber who showed up, and he was very polite, punctual, and funny. Unfortunately, while he tore into my faucet handles, he found there was corrosion that caused it to be a bit tougher than it would normally be, but, a couple phone calls later he got everything set up and ready to go. But, that's not where things ended, unfortunately, the main valve was going bad. After he tried everything in his power to make the original fix work, we determined that a replacement valve was needed. I got on the phone with the owner, Brandon, who talked me through the pricing, they assisted me with trying to get financing (Old medical bills wouldn't let it go through, unfortunately), so, he worked with me on it. The price though higher than the original job I had hired them to do, was fair, and he bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. They came out promptly today (The following day) got the valve replaced, a new handle and spout in, and it looks beautiful. Brandon and his team go over and beyond what other plumbers I've dealt with have offered. I have found my new go-to guys after searching for the last 6 years after my old plumber moved. Ricardo was very nice and helpful and did a great job. The clog clearing service was higher cost than other quotes we found but he got it done well and fast and was able to come by sooner than anyone else (which was important because the clogged drain was causing a leak that was damaging a ceiling and wall). We appreciated the quick and effective work!
There is never a good time for a clogged pipe. But to have that happen at your business on a Saturday afternoon with water backing up through the floor drains is a nightmare. Brandon got a service tech out right away and our problem was fixed within a few hours of our initial phone call. Ricardo was very professional and efficient with the diagnosis and fix. I will definitely use Plumbing Utah Heating & Air for all of my future plumbing needs.

We had a leak on our main water line. What we thought would be a repair turned into a complete replacement of our water line from the meter to the house. Brandon was professional and easy to talk with. His crew (Mario, Danny, Trevor, Mitch, and Shane) showed up on time and worked tirelessly to replace our water line. They did what they said they would and stayed late to make sure the job was complete. I will definitely be using Plumbing Utah Heating and Air in the future and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
Edgar came to our house and we decided we needed a new furnace. He gave me a quote, picked up the furnace and installed it within 5 hours. Very professional and it all works great. I will definitely used them again when I need work done. thanks Edgar. I am very satisfied. Randy Suker

These guys are the best in utah. Adam and his crew were professional and friendly throughout the remodel and upgrade to our home. They were clean removing the old plumbing and did a great job plumbing the remodel and upgrading all our old waterlines to pex. They also installed a tankless waterheater, after useing it i could never go back to the old style waterheater. The price was fair and quality of work top notch
I called Brandon and his team for help with what i thought would be just tracing out an old water main. Instead it turned into quite the gnarly project for a new Water main to one house and setting up for another house in the back yard. Brandon and his team showed up on time and spent long hours in the cold before thanksgiving making sure the Water Main replacement was done correctly, and professionally. I have never been so impressed with a company like this from the prompt "we can help" attitude, to the quality of the installation. Chris (the Foreman) was an excellent leader, and made sure I knew where they were and what the plans were. If you need help with any job, big or small, give these guys a call, You won't be dissapointed.
Aaron and his coworker were awesome and very professional, they were on time, walked through everything with me, done a great job and something that really impressed me was they fact that when the job was done and before they left I received a handshake from both of them and told to feel free to call them with any questions.

We had water under LVP flooring. Adam from Plumbing Utah came out and traced the problem to our dishwasher. He was very professional and we were very satisfied with the work he did.
The install tech Edgar was very friendly and meticulous. I plan on using them for my future plumbing and HVAC needs. It's always nice to have a place you can trust and rely on especially in times most needed. Thanks guys!
I had a great experience using Plumbing Utah Heating & Air. I have been dealing with a leak in my basement apartment for a very long time. After working with another vendor who was unable to fix the problem, I determined that a French Drain installation was needed. They gave me the best quote for the work to be done and talked me through the entire process. To install a French Drain you dig a trench down to the bottom of the home foundation. My previous vendor had offered to paint a waterproof membrane on the foundation wall for free (since their previous efforts hadn’t worked - through no fault of their own - I have a poorly done foundation with tons of holes). Plumbing Utah was willing to coordinate with them and make sure that we could do all the work on the same day. They did great work and cleaned up after themselves . My neighbor was out of town when my work was done and she couldn’t even tell a difference other than some bushes that I had removed for the work. The team was nice and responsive too. Months later, my leak reappeared. I reached off and had two responses within hours. Brandon Taylor, the owner came out to help me in less than 12 hours to help diagnose the issue again. It was not an issue with the French Drain but probably a sprinkler going through a gap in a window. He adjusted my sprinklers and my neighbors (with permission) and got soaking wet in the process and didn’t complain at all. He was patient and understanding about everything and didn’t charge me a cent. He gave me solid advice about fixing the issue and he even made friends with my dog. He followed up with me the next day to see if everything was better. Brandon also saw an issue my neighbor had and let us know about it so we could fix it (no benefit to himself). 10/10 - I would definitely use them again. Their service goes way above and beyond and their pricing was great. Best experience with a vendor I have had in a while.
Aaron and Brighton installed dual valves under the sink for the refrigerator and dishwasher that are coming and also put a box in for laundry. They were knowledgeable, did great work, and very professional and courteous. I was thankful they could come quickly and fit my projects in!
Brandon and his crew are our heros. We had a big leak in a very popular home with our management company and Brandon was able to come up to Park City within 48 hours, detect the leak and get the leak repaired in a very short time with another rental scheduled. The owner showed up from out of town and was very impressed with how clean the job site was and how professional everyone was. These guys are number on our vendor list.
