Valpak coupon price and the age of my A/C unit made me interested in an A/C tune up service with One Stop. Just need to know how soon the end might be for my 20 yr old unit. Jeff was kind and respectful to me and my A/C unit given the age not to disturb anything as the A/C is still working so far. Jeff explained what he was going to do for testing, explained the issues of my unit, warning signs to look for in a failing unit, and also explained the new units they can replace with, their efficiency and financing, and also added some information about the furnace given it’s the same age as the A/C. No sales pressure but a gentle reminder that at this age you replace, not fix it. When the time comes to replace, One Stop Heating and Air will be on my mind. I might have to call them back sooner than I’d like to now that I know the warning signs...
Very respectful on time. Answers questions when asked doesn't beat around the bush. Solves the problem. Jose Biton has been helping us since last year. He always does a wonderful job. Keep it up.

I called this morning with a broken AC and it being 80 degrees in our house! They got someone out to be today and had the parts with them to fix it!! Troy was very professional and took the time to explain the issue so I knew why he had to replace a part! He was very quick as well!! It only took him about 45 minutes to diagnose and fix the issue!! I can already feel the cool air!!! Thank you!!
We worked with Vaughn. He explained all options thoroughly with no rush, even with a todler running around him. We looked at quotes with other places and One Stop was easilly the best one for us.

Jose was absolutely amazing!! Took a little bit to run the proper tests but he was able to locate the leak, tighten the fittings and provide a truly exceptional experience. He may not be young and physically fit to install but you can’t -outmuscle years of experience. I highly recommend having him at least inspect the work of the younger guys because Jose is on his A-Game. Mahalo Jose..to the office: Jose needs a raise🤙🏾🙏🏽

When we needed a new furnace they came out quick to diagnose and give us a quote. The cost was fair and they didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. The equipment was installed quickly after we purchased. Jose has been by to service our equipment several times and he is always very friendly. They communicate really well and are always within the time frame they say they will be.
These guys are efficient and honest! Had Troy come by and diagnose what was going on with my unit. He was friendly and helpful with breaking down what was going on and the best route to take. Highly recommend this company!
Jeff just came out and looked at my air conditioner since it was not cooling off and it was freezing the lines he was professional with everything he did. He was very knowledgeable and he loves helping veterans and one great thing with One Stop heating an air conditioning is that if you’re a veteran, they will come out to your house And check your furnace do the diagnostics all for free and they will try to get you the best rate out there for repairs if needed and will do everything they can to assist you with the repairs pricing and timeframe to get them done my air conditioner froze up yesterday. I called them this morning and he was out here by 10 10: 30 in the morning actually Marlette be more like 10 o’clock and he just finished up found the problem found some other little issues that he gave me a warning of and told me to keep an eye on everything and we’re going to look at trying to get the pieces that are need to be replaced. Replaced as soon as I can get it done , One Stop heating and air conditioning is really good. They are competitive pricing with quite a few of these other companies out there and I haven’t found anybody any better to come out and look at my equipment like these guys do.

Their technician was very helpful and explained everything that was wrong and everything was ok and didn't try to up charge me. I was very impressed with this company I gave them 5+ out of 5 they were that good.
