Bought a new house and the new furnace had not been working. Daniel came out and pinpointed the exact issue. The other company had been out several times over the last year and kept telling me it was nothing.
They were able to come right out. I needed a new furnace. To get it to fit existing pipes, the replacement was expensive but they got it done quickly.
I have been using North Stars Mark I think he is the best he is on time do quality work. and he is very friendly. Everytime I call I request MARK.Keep up the great job MARK!!!
I had called to 3 different places before calling North Star, absolutely no one answered the phone besides North Star. I got an appointment scheduled for that same night in less then 10 minutes. Angela from the office and Daniel the service technician were both absolutely wonderful to work with, very professional and knowledgeable and kind. I got my furnace fixed the same night and the price of the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend North Star for anyones hvac needs.

Wow! I cannot be more pleased with North Star Heating and Air Conditioning, nor with Daniel, the tech they sent. We had an issue with our furnace not turning on or staying on to heat our house, so we found North Star Heating and Air Conditioning online. I called this morning, left a brief message and had a response with a tech sent the same day. Angela was very professional over the phone and the tech the sent was respectful and very professional. Daniel Ortega is the tech's name and he had the problem resolved in the first 5 to 10 minutes he was here. He talked about through the issue and had it running properly within minutes. I could not have been more happy that it was only a minor issue with a quick fix. Daniel stayed for a little while, to make sure the system continued to run. A very pleasant and professional person to chat with while we waited for the furnace to do it's thing. I, we, definitely would recommend North Star Heating and Air Conditioning for your home. I had my AC unit replaced in July when it unexpectedly went out on us and they were awesome at helping us out and getting it done as soon as possible so we weren’t miserable in the heat. Just recently had my heating unit replaced as well and once again they did an amazing job. Very professional and timely. Great work for a fair price. Definitely recommend! Thank you! :)

North Star installed our downstairs furnace 3 years ago. I was so impressed by their 5 STAR SERVICE that I had them do our A/C replacements this summer. When the tech came out to do the free checkup on our system he checked our upstairs furnace too. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He just gave me solid advise and cautions about my future needs. Absolutely top notch service!
