Jose from Main Street Heating and Cooling was very good to work with! He is very dedicated to great customer Serivce and had us up and running in no time.
Super grateful they make such an effort to get you in for an appointment as soon as possible. They send you a reminder text the night before and day of they send you a text when your tech is on their way along with a photo and short bio of your tech. Jose was our tech and he was so nice, super patient and extremely thorough. He did an inspection of our AC unit and was able to easily diagnose the various problems we had with our AC unit. Gave us three pricing options dependent on if we wanted to fix parts of the issue or all of it. It’s always refreshing when you have a tech that knows their stuff and you don’t feel like they’re taking you for a ride. Went with Main Street H&C after reading their Google reviews and we’re so glad we did! Thanks for the incredible service Jose!
Jose did an amazing job! he helped us figure out what was wrong with our Carrier system and gave us multiple options with ways to solve our problem at different price points which was really helpful. they scheduled us in really fast during peak air conditioning season which i was really impressed with. overall 10/10 we will be going to them with all of our issues and HIGHLY recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Last spring my A/C wasn’t blowing cold air. I called Main Street on a recommendation from a coworker, and someone from Main Street (I thought it was a technician, but it was probably a salesperson) showed up shortly thereafter. She took a 5-minute glance at my A/C unit, then told me the motor was burned up and totally unusable. She went on to explain that my cheapest option was to have them replace the motor for $500. However, she also said there was a possibility the entire unit would need replacing, and that would cost well over $3,000. She left her information and asked me to call her to schedule the appointment to have a technician come check it out. My next call was to my home warranty company, who contracted another HVAC company (can’t remember the name) to give a second opinion. I was at work, but when they called to let me know their assessment, the technician told me, “Your fuse wasn’t switched on. I went ahead and turned it on for you and it’s blowing cold air now.” Needless to say, I never called them again, and have warned several friends and family members to stay far, far away from Main Street. TLDR - Main Street asked me to pay up to $3,000 for a “burned up motor” when the only problem was that the A/C fuse wasn’t switched on.
Jose was very thorough and knowledgeable in working on the AC unit. He was able to inspect and detect performance issues and worked with us to offer solutions that best fit our needs. He was very pleasant to talk to and was genuinely interested in performing quality work.
I absolutely love this company. I had an air conditioning issue, the owner Brent got right back to me immediately. Jose was the tech, and he was so nice, knowledgeable and is a great addition to this company. I love when people are just plain nice. I also have to mention that you receive a text and email describing the tech with a photo, that is coming to your home. The prices are extremely reasonable and affordable. Thank you Brent and Jose.

Late last evening, our A/C wasn't working properly and Amanda at Main Street was able to come out first thing the next morning! She was on time, professional and great with our two very curious pups. She quickly diagnosed the existing problem, fixed it and identified a potential issue that she able to correct, saving us another emergency call later this summer. We're grateful for Amanda's attention to detail which will keep us cool & comfortable during the scorching Utah summer. We have used Mainstreet Heating and Cooling for approximately nine years and we have always been impressed with their service. Today we had our annual A/C system maintenance performed by Jose. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Upon completing the maintenance, we were given a verbal update on the condition of our units, and what will be needed for our next service. We occasionally experience power outages and Jose suggested installing surge protection on both of our condensers. He not only offered a solution to our problem, but he also took the time to go and get the surge protectors and install them for us. Thank you, Jose. We look forward to doing business with you in the future.

These guys are legit! After a year of bad experiences and questionable behavior from another company I finally had to try a new company. Glad I was referred here because they have been nothing but straightforward and professional. All techs are excellent! Tanna was super cool, efficient, very through and answered all my questions. She left no stone unturned. Great business! Will return and refer for future needs!!
Had an issue with our line freezing from our unit into our home. Jose came right on time and before his arrival they sent a text with a picture of the technician. There were several recommendations on how the repair could be done and each were explained very well. very professional and would recommend them to anyone. thank you for your help
Very happy with my experience using Main Street. Jose came out today for an A/C tune-up. He was very professional and diligent in his work. I will be calling them for any future needs that I have.

These people are so awesome! We had our furnace serviced/tuned by Amanda and Jose. They were really quick to get us in, they showed up on time and were very professional! Not to mention they worked fast and now this furnace is looking ready to hit the showroom. We are so very pleased with these two! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Amanda, and thank you Jose!
Brent and is team are awesome. Shout out to Jason and Shawn for doing a fantastic job. The Ductless Systems are wonderful. I wish we had have done this earlier. I wish they would branch out to Manassas, Virginia. I will have to find another A team. If you need a outstanding HVAC company, consider Main Street Heating & Cooling.
Tanna arrived right on time and was able to quickly diagnose the issue that had been causing erratic heater behavior. She was able to fix the issue without any additional parts. Tanna also did a full diagnostic evaluation of our furnace to make sure there weren't any other potential failures waiting around the corner. She sent pictures and called me to explain exactly what the issue and resolution were. She also went into detail as to the preventative steps she took by checking electronics and the condition of our furnace just to be safe as well as recommended services for our HVAC units. No BS, no attempts to sell us on unneeded parts or services. I value companies like that. I called on a Saturday morning, a day before we left to go out of town (TERRIBLE timing for the furnace to act up), and though they weren't able to get someone out that day, Main Street took care of us at the soonest possible time. Everyone involved was professional and helpful, despite us not being there and having a family member open the door to let Tanna in to service the furnace. I rarely write reviews for a company, but I felt that the Main Street crew deserves a few minutes of my time for the wonderful experience.
BUYER be AWARE I had Main Street service my furnace. The Thermostat stopped working. $315 for a generic transformer and $88.00 for the diagnostic fee. After the service, I used the old transformer to check the price of the transformer. I could buy the OEM transformer for $135. A generic transformer would cost between 15 to 40% less that the OEM transformer. The $315 charge for the replaced transformer is fraudulent business practices and price gouging and at the extreme.
