Outstanding fixed our frozen evaporator, and explained what was causing it.
Used KLund on a couple of occasions now for full HVAC replacements. Received very fair quotes with multiple options and explanations each time. Kelly, Matt, Colton, and Tanner are all very professional and easy to work with. Very happy with KLund, simply the best.
After being with the same HVAC company for 27 years we wanted a second opinion on an issue with a furnace in our home. Their response was immediate and I am very impressed with their professionalism and follow through. I was quite concerned about finger prints on our ceiling (we have 4 furnaces and 2 are in the attic), since we recently had all the ceilings painted and they were very careful, washing their hands and even removing their shoes or wearing paper booties. I’me very pleased with all the people I’ve interacted with at K Lund. I would highly recommend them! K Lund has definitely earned our business for all future HVAC needs.
I had a great experience with K Lund. We had a 25 year old A/C and furnace they replaced. Matt was really thorough in his explanations (especially this being our first to replace) and gave me a few options where we could make the best choice for our finances and for the house. His crew showed up on time every day. Matt communicated with me one day where they wanted to reschedule because another family lost heat completely (in the middle of the winter). I appreciate how timely and well the team communicated and dedicated to our project. Also, they inserted 3 returns and moved our thermometer. He had someone come out to patch and paint our wall and that person also did a phenomenal job!! Highly recommend and plan to use them for future projects.
I received a referral to K Lund from a friend who uses them exclusively for his business HVAC needs. Our residential AC system was not producing cold air and Colton at K Lund came the next morning, diagnosed two minor issues and fixed the system for a very reasonable fee. Refreshing in many ways. I highly recommend K Lund.
My house is a recent new build and K Lund installed the HVAC system. I had my basement completed and have been having problems controlling the temperature difference. I contacted K Lund several times and left messages. They were finally able to send out a technician who gave me a bunch of things to try, I did but nothing has been a real solution. I again contacted them and left them messages but have yet to hear back. My real issue with this company is their lack of responsiveness. Two months have passed and they still haven't gotten back to me after all the messages I've left.
I've dealt with a few other companies in the past they give you a 4 hour window and then don't show up. Matt and his crew show up exactly on time. They did a job other companies said wasn't possible and did it in one day. I couldn't be happier with the work and the outcome. Have already recommended them to friends.
Honest people, confirmed “All Purpose heating and air” company was overcharging for unnecessary work. They save me $1800.
I needed a duct installed in the attic to vent out a bathroom fan. Called several companies, and some never got back, some flat out refused to go into an attic. K Lund Mechanical returned calls and text messages within very reasonable timeframes, came out to make a plan and executed it in the most professional manner. I dealt with Matt and Ty, very nice people; professional, explained everything, goal-oriented.
We had a 25 year old HVAC system that was in need of replacement. KLund Mechanical came and inspected our system and helped us understand the issues it was having. They gave us several replacement options to help us make our needs fit our budget. On the day of the installation, things went very well. The crew was professional and took time to help us understand features of the new system. The installation they did was very clean. the pipes and tubing they ran are very uniform and look nice, much nicer than our previously installed system. The company was very responsive to all questions and concerns we had throughout the bidding and installation process. We are very pleased with our new system and our experience with KLund mechanical.

This was my first time using K Lund Mechanical and I couldn't have been happier. I needed some heat runs and a gas line added for a basement finish as well as a service cleaning on my furnace. They were honest and upfront about the best cost effect options. A day after the service was completed, both Matt and Colton personally reached out to me to ensure their work had met my expectations. As the president of a large construction company I see a lot of shady contractors out there and these guys are the best of the best. I couldn't be happier. Thank you K Lund!

I was convinced that I needed to replace my whole furnace but K•Lund Mechanical identified the falty part and quickly replaced it. They also checked all the other components to make sure they were operating as they should. Very professional and experts in HVAC.

After doing everything I could reasonably do myself to try and fix my furnace I called K Lund. Trevor came out the same day. He was great, I was very impressed with how thorough and professional he was. I completely expected to be paying for a new blower motor or even replacing the entire furnace if needed. I had even expressed my suspicions of the blower motor to Trevor. Well he certainly earned my trust. He easily could have said- yep the motor is bad and we need to replace it, but instead he checked the motor, ruled that out and continued with finding the actual issue that was causing the furnace to fail. Trevor got us back up and running quickly and at a fair price. Thank you! I have saved K Lund’s number and will definitely use and refer them in the future.

My experience with K Lund mechanical was great! I was recommended by a contractor and the recommendation couldn’t have been more on point. I worked with Matt and Dalili. The both were on time, professional, quick to do there work, and very helpful. Dalili serviced my furnace as well as moved two vents in my basement to accommodate a remodel. He was friendly, kind, and easy to work with. He even helped me move the couch to make the work possible! He cleaned up very nicely afterwords as well. I would highly recommend K Lund Mechanical! KLund employees were on time, polite, and knew what they were doing. They repaired our gas fireplace. We are very pleased with their service!
