Connect was great! Had someone out to repair our AC within two hours. Wes quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. He was friendly and professional. We now have AC again with temperatures going into triple digits this week. Thank you Wes and Connect!

Called at 7 am - immediate answer by live person who was friendly and professional. Had plumber to our home in 2 hours and completed the job in 2 hours. Adam was professional, friendly, competent, clean, literally everything one would want when inviting a plumber into your home. Scott Dickerson was not only on time but a little early! He fixed the bathtub drain, running toilet and leaking faucet all in under 3 hours and that included going to get a new faucet. He wore booties in the house and called me by name. Very respectful!

He came on time and he was thorough in his data gathering efforts. So while the cause of the water in the house was not identified, his efforts did point out where the water wasn't coming from. It was money well spent. I still have to find the cause of the water, but I know some places where I don't need to look.
Like what seems like all plumbers, they quoted astronomically high prices for simple jobs. $200 to replace tub spigot! $200 to replace kitchen sink faucet hose! Elected to do the work myself. Everyone is out to milk as much money out of you as they can. Usually not the plumbers, but the companies they work for.
