Comfort Solutions did a fabulous job installing our fireplace. Zack and Coda were very professional and friendly.
Rory and Jason left my home about 2.5 hours ago.They were both extremely courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.They were very punctual and worked non-stop,without a break, for the entire installation.We did a pre-walk thru while I showed them where the electrical boxes were. Before leaving, I was given a short tutorial on my new system. Very impressive! We have a walk Thru scheduled for tomorrow. Great service. Thanks so much Comfort Solutions Team.

Great company from the salesman to the installers. Jeff came out to look at our fireplace project and gave his suggestions on what we needed to make it happen. Zach and Coda came and did the install. Everything came out great. They were on time, polite, and clean with their work space. Couldn’t be happier!
Comfort Solutions went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of on the install. They even helped me save $3K by making me aware of a state rebate program.
My fireplace had stopped working a couple of years ago, so I found Comfort Solutions and ordered a replacement. I ordered the Vector 50 after visiting the Sandy showroom and talking to some of their people. Yesterday, Comfort Solutions sent their crew out to install the new fireplace. They removed the old, non-working fireplace, stripped out the supporting carpentry (but preserved my old mantle so I can try to sell it separately), framed the wall for the Vector 50, and installed it. It is GORGEOUS, the entire operation was done in a single day, and they hauled away all of the scrap material and old fireplace. I want to give special thanks to Tyler (the team leader), Zack, Coda, and Colton. Each of them were true professionals and contributed to a job very well done. Zack, in particular, spent time after the installation was completed to instruct me about the details and operating instructions. In summary, I love the fireplace, the installation was smooth and I have found no issues, and the entire team was spectacular. Thanks, Comfort Solutions!

Jeff was a great salesman. Answered all our questions, was not hurried. Sabian and Colton arrived on time for the tear out and install of our new gas fireplace. They were courteous and efficient and did a great job. We appreciate the tarps placed on the carpet, from the front door to the worksite. However, they appeared to be soiled with alot of grease spots, instead of clean when brought into our home, which was a concern. Overall, Comfort Solutions get an A from us.
Everything about Comfort Solutions was great! The showroom had plenty of options to see in person. Jeff arrived on time and discussed the options available. The office scheduled a date and time and the technicians arrived right on time. Everything was clean from start to finish! Highly recommended!
My fireplace actually made me cry. I came in and saw it lit for the first time and I am so grateful to have this blessing. The whole atmosphere of the room had changed. The fire so warm and inviting. This process of completing selection of brand and company was a little intimidating for this 75-year-old lady. Once I had scheduled three different suppliers to come in and received my estimates it became a lot easier. Comfort Solutions is a good company. They do what they say they will do and stand by their products. Our salesman Jeff G is very knowledgeable as he was an installer for years prior to going into sales. He was easy to understand and walked me through the whole process. I never felt pressured. Even the dogs liked him. Napoleon Oakville X3 4-sided Black Faceplate and mirror-flame reflective panels was the fireplace insert I chose. Paul H installed the system for me. He was very personable and answered every question thoroughly and patiently. Very good at his job. I am very confident that he did his best to make sure everything was installed correctly. He was very respectful of me and my home. I highly recommend both of these men and also comfort Solutions of Utah

We were extremely pleased with Comfort Solutions sale and installation of our Napoleon gas fireplace. From when we first went to their showroom in Sandy, where they showed an expansive array of demonstration fireplaces and thoroughly explained the benefits and options available, to when our salesman, Jeff came out to our home and assessed our situation, to make the right choice. We were also impressed when our installation was completed by Sabian and Coda, from first showing up on the time they said they would be here, to to the care and efficiency of the install. At the end, the installers cleaned up and gave us a detailed explanation of the function and features of our new fireplace. We would highly recommend the Comfort Solutions group for any upgrades with a gas fireplace.
The Comfort Solutions team replaced two dangerous, old fireplaces with beautiful new safe, working inserts. They did a fabulous, clean job and I am thrilled with the results.
Pretty terrible experience with this team. They came out to clean my fireplace, and within two minutes they told me it was unsafe to use and they wouldnt clean it, charged me $100 for the "inspection" and then left. After speaking with customer service they said they would only refund the $100 if i bought a new fireplace with them...
I had my wood-burning fireplace replaced with gas. Comfort Solutions was easy to work with and they did a good job with the install. The metal piece that surrounds the insert didn't quite fit due to the opening not being exactly square and they replaced it with a corrected piece. The interior light wasn't working and they fixed it. I love the fireplace and run it constantly. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it. My gas bill is higher of course but it's still worth it.
We are very satisfied with our experience. Jeff came to assess the layout and recommended the best fireplace for our needs. We had an instant estimate that was lower than the others and the work was scheduled within one week. Sabian and Colton did the installation. They took great care to protect our floors and completed the job in a few hours. We would use Comfort Solutions again without hesitation.
Tried to get a fireplace installed but they were 4 months out on an install. I had someone else do the install, kind of a pain but had to make it work. Well within a year the fireplace stopped working and I was told that since they didn’t do the install there is no warranty, even on parts. I thought, dang that is too bad but whatever. Turns out their schedule just to get someone to look at it is 3 months out. Basically if you buy from here they can’t really do much for you within any kind of reasonable time frame. If you get a lemon then good luck, you’re pretty much SOL.
Comfort solutions did a fantastic job with my fireplace repair, technician was great, friendly, and seemed to know his craft but the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the cost of said repair. First of all there is a charge of $109 just to show up (pretty standard). It was discovered that I needed a new thermal coupler and some more sand and glowing ember material. The universal thermal coupler that is literally a $20 part was priced at $150 on the bid, and the technician wanted to charge me $299 for removal of logs, 1-2 pounds of silicate sand, ember material, and re-decorating. I declined the $299 charge and while he was out to get the coupler I literally removed the logs myself and in 2 minutes that was done. Upon his return I asked if he'd sell me the sand and ember material, which he agreed to and charged me $60 for that but then I was left to "re-decorate" which also took me only 5 minutes and was happy to do it to save $299. All in all is was a great experience but WOW....$150 for a $20 part and $299 for 7 minutes of work and probably $30 of material seemed like price gouging if I've ever seen it. I'll watch a YouTube video next time and do it myself.
Sabian and Coda were so professional and courteous explaining the installation and making sure everything was perfect, right down to the placement of the logs. I am so pleased with the installation and their professionalism! Kudos to both!
