Demetri was an amazing technician! He was thorough and explained everything so I understood the service options and repair recommendations. He impressed us and let my two year old son watch him work.
Carson Glauser came by to help us with our A/C today because it wasn’t working. He did a great job of troubleshooting why it wasn’t working and then explaining what our options were to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and patient with his explanations and did a great job of teaching us about our system so we could make informed decisions.
They cleaned my kitchen sink drain, but that night I discovered that the sink was newly leaking in two different places. It turns out they cracked a pipe and also caused my garbage disposal to start leaking. I'm disappointed that (1) they caused the leaks and (2) I had to discover these leaks myself, requiring more of my time for a follow-up visit. They did return the next day to fix the cracked pipe, but could not fix the garbage disposal without replacing it, which they quoted a high price for.
Bill was awesome! He came by and walked me through everything I wanted to know! Very informative, helpful and knowledgeable. Talked to me about things I could do, things that needed to be done and gave his honest opinion about what I needed to do to move forward. I appreciate everything he did to help us out today! Thanks again!
Our AC went out while we were out of town. We came home the house at 86 degrees and rising. On a Friday afternoon, no one was willing to send out a technician until I called Whipple. They were out within 2 hours, and John Lane was able to get our AC back on in less than an hour, and he was very professional and educational while doing it. It really saved our weekend!

When my a/c went out a few days ago, I fully expected to wait at least a week for someone to come out to my home. Zachary Fahrni my service tech arrived the same day! He was courteous and professional, advised me what was going on and what my options were. Today, my comfort advisor, Shane Petroni showed up right on time. He went thru every step of the process to replace my 30 year old heating/air system. I never felt pressured to buy the biggest or the best or to replace my second unit that is working perfectly, instead asking about my needs what I wanted from a new system. Shane also measured my entire home, including square footage, the number of registers, etc. to make sure the unit I was getting was exactly what I need for my home, something other companies do not do. Happily, they will be out day after tomorrow to install my new unit. I have been impressed from the minute I called Whipple.
What a great experience! Bill was wonderful. He was efficient and knowledgeable and gave me options. I will never call anyone else for any of my home needs. I am their customer for life! Thank you all!

Gene and Austin were very helpful in diagnosing the issue and helping to pick out a new system that would be best for our home. Andy and Kevin, the installers, were fantastic! They were very professional and quick. Even after Kevin hurt himself on some sheet metal. Andy cleaned up any material left over and explained the functions of the furnace, AC and thermostat fully. They even moved a trailer by hand to be able to get the condenser unit into the back yard. These type of employees are the reason we keep coming back to Whipple.
We were without AC with our three rottweilers and litter of puppies and Derek and Sami came in to save the day! Not only did we get cool air again, but they won over all of our dogs, even our dude that doesn’t always warm up to workers. Fast, fantastic friendly service! Thank you!
Derek and Sami were great! We were not sure what was wrong with the air conditioner and Derek did a fantastic job of explaining to me of how the air conditioner worked and then conducted a very thorough investigation. Once they accessed the furnace and air conditioner they provided us with options of what they could do. They really did a great job and just explained the facts and let us decide what worked best for us. They did amazingly well with our large dogs and took the time to make sure our dogs were comfortable with them as it took quite awhile to work and they needed to go in and out quite a bit. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work on their air conditioner as Derek and Sami were great! I will call Whipple when I need help again!
The tech that came out to fix my ac was very informative and figured out the problem quickly and had the part on hand to fix it on the spot. Above and beyond with us waiting for the system to cool off he started cleaning up the dust and putting zip ties on the wire mess that we had. Thank you Ben
Equipment wise everything works. They cut through my load bearing beam instead of just going through the ceiling. Broke my wifes scentsy didnt say anything. Now my doors don’t close right upstairs, the finish doesn’t match where they “fixed” my beam. Got drywall over my couch, got drywall dust in my salt water fish tank. Sure hope my house passes inspection when it comes to selling it. They installed a new panel and in the process broke my conduit that is now exposed outside. Very disappointed feel misled by their commercials, and ripped of for how much we paid for the outcome.
7/1/23 - I just had Logan D. come to do the annual check-up on my air-conditioner. He is a very friendly and extremely knowledgable HVAC technician. He first explained everything he was going to do and also suggested some great tips for improving the efficiency of the AC/furnace units. My favorite tip was to use a damp cloth to wipe down the cage that holds the air filter, to decrease the amount of dust in your house. Logan even scheduled two additional annual services for water heater flush and main drain cleaning so I wouldn't have to take the time to call the office. That's what I call good customer service! I would recommend Logan to anyone looking for an HVAC tech who will answer every question they have.

Blake installed a new panel for me at a great price! Very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything. We talked about 3d printing and looked over other areas of my system that could be potential hazards. Will definitely recommend Blake and Whipple to family and friends *before and after photos attached*
Derek is the utmost professional he did just what he said. He cleaned inspected and gave us the option and his professional opinion. This is a great pairing Whipple and Home Depot. We will be asking for Derek to come back for all of our HVAC needs.
