Robert treated us like family - he went above and beyond what was required of him on several occasions. We are so lucky to have such a professional, capable and affordable plumber(he also does HVAC work.) He is also a genuinely nice person. Call him if you need any work done and you will see what I mean.

Walton recently replaced my tankless hot water heater. They were outstanding. Robert got back to me right after I called. The heater was installed by the following day. He answered my many questions in detail. The cost was reasonable. They seem to be very client oriented.

Glad we found Robert and his crew for heating/ac. Have been using for the last three years and by far the best we have ever worked with. Experienced but not huge - you get the same crew each time.

Could not recommend enough. Robert literally came, fixed my problem, and was gone in half the time and all for the same price as my previous HVAC company to just diagnose and do nothing else. The actual repair was 1/10th the cost of what the other company was saying. Needless to say I will never call anyone else. Thanks Walton

Incredibly disappointed. Mr. Walton and I discussed work earlier in the week which he indicated he would have time to do. We made an appointment for him to review scope of job and he texted me 1/2 hour before appointment to tell me he wasn't interested. This will set my project back several days.

Very pleasant and courteous to work with. Unlike the Home Depot Contractor (Superior), his fee was not outrageous for a Gas ON-Demand Hot Water tank Installation. Would definitely recommend as he definitely knows his profession.
Amazing service! He came late at night when we had an emergency at our old house and fixed our problem within an hour. He redid our entire basement in our new house as well! Great guy. Super professional and amazing to work with. I highly recommend him!
Robert is fantastic. Very Knowledgeable and helped diagnosis a boiler issue missed by a previous HVAC technician. Works hard to diagnosis and doesn't jump to replace parts. Very reasonable prices.
Fantastic service. He had a cancellation so he was able to come within the hour. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Helped me understand what went wrong with our AC, and how to care for it in the future, and he got it working again. Will definitely be calling again if we have any other plumbing heating or AC issues.
Robert was great. He was able to come troubleshoot an urgent furnace issue later into the evening with no added charge, where other companies wouldn't even come or wanted to charge a hefty after hours fee. The furnace issues were hard to pin down and he stuck with it over a period of 5 days and multiple visits. I have nothing but good things to say about Robert and his work ethic. Thanks!
I would never recommend this contractor. Contractor was to finish a bathroom. I'm not certain who installed the plumbing, but the shower pan is 1 1/2 inches short on all sides. The backer board for the shower walls did not meet. The floor (in the basement) was leveled with sheet rocking compound. The wall tiles did not have a straight line. The ceiling and floor tiles were off a good 3/4 inch from wall to wall. We agreed the tile had to be removed. Contractor sent his son to complete the tear out. Day one was reasonably complete. I thought we were done. Day two, contractor's son broke our back door to come in to "finish the job". Left me house completely open. The person hired to tile the shower had never tiled before. I am afraid of the plumbing work. Please, please avoid this contractor
They replaced a furnace/AC unit for exactly what I was told it would cost. They even got an upgraded system and still kept the price the same. They ran into a few issues and stayed late to work them out and get the system working. They are friendly, courteous, and efficient. Very good experience!
