I needed them to come look at an issue and tell me how much it will cost since they dont share any cost information over the phone. They want to charge me a $105 dispatch fee to come to my house to then tell me how much it will cost to repair something and they do not credit that $105 back if I decide to move forward with them. I originally went with SW&A as they were with Costco as an affiliate contractor. They installed my new furnace and AC and I loved it until I had them do additional work on the AC system. I had them come out in 2021 to re-route the AC line, I have had multiple complications since then. Last year my AC didnt seem to be cooling well but I chalked it up to the hot summer heat and didnt think to make any calls to come check it out as it was terrible but noticeable. This year, through Black Diamond Experts, it was determined that there was a small leak in the AC line and it was small enough that I wouldn't have noticed it until quite some time later. It was informed that this last winter when the lines expanded and contracted is when you will see leaks get worse. Now this year the system has less than a half of a pound of refrigerant when the system calls for 6 pounds. I am out of warranty for their work as they warranty for 1 year and I wouldnt have found this out until much later as in this case. Just not a fun experience for a customer. Because they give only 1 year warranty I find myself in a position of repairing the line which will cost nearly the amount of what I had them install it for originally. I called the manufacturer to see about that warranty as I was given a 10 year on certain components to find out that SW&A never submitted it to them within 60 days of installation so Lennox only had me for a 5 year manufacturer warranty. My recent experience with SW&A has left a sour taste when I call as the service has dropped significantly to the point that I am quite disappointed. Definitely not a continued customer.
Had a plumber come out to house.. quoted me arround 3000.00 to fix two hosebibs.. one pressure regulator, and a surge tank on water heater... I just fixed both hose bibs in less than an hour.. total cost 125.00.. these people charge more per hour than my attorneys, waste of time calling them. Rip off specialist
Last April we had this company install a new Rheem 50 gallon water heater. Barely 1 year later the water heater died! When we called to have them come see what's going on with it they wanted to charge us over $100 just to come out. Ridiculous! We ended up calling a different company.
Martin was very knowledgeable and very kind. He was on time and very professional. Highly recommend them
Update: Alma Causland did a great job today. He was thorough, professional, and friendly! That's why we stay with Superior. :) Update: Stratton and Austin Hall are brothers who work for Superior. They are plumbers who are THE best. Thank you for professionally and most kindly addressing our recent spate of plumbing issues due to kitchen remodel. Now we can breathe easier knowing everything is working as it should. God bless ya'll!!! Manuel fixed our water damaged drywall. He was very kind and professional.
He was very professional. He completed the task in a excellent manner. He exchanged a shower control that has been a source of problem. He also walked around the home looking for plumbing challenges . We will have a new water heater replaced soon.
They are the best at what they do in Utah. Prices are sky high, service wait time is months out. Had to turn elsewhere to get the work done because no one would cal back but the in-person staff was good in the showroom.
was helpful in determining possible issues with the system and what could be done including doing an overview on my water heater to check what might be done to correct for issues that have been happening.
Great company. Came on time, professional and friendly people. Checked AC unit and cleaned it out. Gave some helpful tips on how to keep the air in the house clean.
Alma was polite and professional. He thoroughly assessed our plumbing needs and provided exceptional and expedient repairs. Will definitely use this company again.
Martin was very professional and thorough. He repaired my reverse osmosis water system and water softener. He recommended a new water heater since mine was 10 years old, leaking, and not originally installed to code. Superior was able to come back the same day and install a new water heater. I am very impressed with their service and will be using them again in the future.
DO NOT USE. I called Superior in a true emergency for after-hours AC Repair. The technician charged me $250 dollars but did not resolve the problem, did not follow-up as promised, and in the process of "diagnosing" the AC, fried the electrical components by putting a 5 amp fuse in a slot clearly labelled "3 amp only" and cost me $400 in additional repair work for another, reputable company. Stay far away.
Martin is knowledgeable and outstanding individual. He took the time to address other questions not associated with his original appointment. Hope to see him again!
Martin was very knowledgeable and courteous. He took care of our water filtration pressure issue. And he took care to not cause more messes from his work.
Alma is very professional and expert. He is competent and pleasing to work with in resolving our plumbing issues. I recommend him and Superior Water and Air to those with plumbing needs.
Alma did great job installing our tankless water heater. We have been using Superior Water for a long time. We love this company mostly because of great customer service.

Annual AC preventative service. The service representative, Colt was knowledgeable, provided professional service and explained what preventative measures I could perform to keep my AC in good running condition in the future. I recommend this service company.
I spoke with a secretary when I called. She said to send pictures of what needed to be done so she could pass it on to the technician to see if the work could be done. I understand the company policy is no estimates over the phone, which is fine. I was told, by a second secretary, I would have to pay $110 for a technician to come to home to see if the work could be done. My pictures were, unfortunately, not sent to the technician and I was not given a way to contact the technician myself. I refuse to pay $110 and not only take the chance that the work cannot be done, but also take the chance of receiving an unreasonably high estimate and decide to go with another company and then be out $110. Why would I do that? In my opinion, it was a waste of my time to contact Superior Water and Air and and a bad experience. I will not be contacting them again and cannot recommend them to my neighbors and friends.
Superior Water is our go to! Alma came out today and repaired a water leak for us. He also took the time to look at a few other water issues I thought we might have. He gave some recommendations with no pressure to purchase. We love Superior Water!
