Way too expensive!! We had them come out to give us a quote on some plumbing and to quote how much it would be to get the furnace cleaned. First, they charged us $279 to JUST get a quote on the plumbing, and then another $99 for the quote on the furnace. THEN they tell us it’s going to be $8,000 for some simple plumbing that we could probably do ourselves for much less and $1,100 to get our furnace cleaned!!! That is outrageous!!! We called another company that said they would give us a FREE quote and it would only be $39 to clean our furnace. Same Day is a bunch of money grubbers that will cheat you out of your money in every possible way
I was extremely impressed by Fernando. He was very optimistic, super knowledgeable about everything, helpful, wrote a specific quote itemizing what we wanted done, & was careful yet quick getting everything done in just one evening! (We added a light to our pantry, bedroom closet, & an outlet in the toilet room & it all looks & works incredible!) He also was very creative on finding ways to not always have to take out a lot of dry wall
Tyler was awesome! He was knowledgeable & kind about taking the time to show & explain everything to me. I was expecting a disaster, but luckily with his expertise he found the problem & fixed it easily. I’m so relieved! If I have any issues in the future, I’ll definitely request Tyler again!
Our AC had had enough! We called Sameday and they sent out a technition that day. He suggested that we have it replaced. That same day Ben came to help us with our new equipment purchase. Ben was very friendly, knowledgeabe and helpful answering all our questions. Today, we had our AC unit and furnace replaced. Nick, the electrican came out and was also friendly and knowledable, he also explained everything to us. Hunter and Cody, the installers were amazing. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very detail oriented. They took their time and made sure everything looked good and that we understood how to work it. We are so pleased with everyone we have had to deal with and would recommend them every time.
Nicholas was great! The company itself was willing to work with an odd schedule and still made it in the estimated time window. He fixed the issue and made some recommendations for upgrading the electric including financing options. Your work is much appreciated!
Great experience with this company! Nick came out, replaced the hot water supply line- and was done in 30 mins. Reasonable pricing, and very professional. Will definitely use them again. Thanks!
Nick did a thorough and professional job. When we changed tacks and added things he was flexible and went beyond to accommodate our requests.
Technician was polite, and very skilled. He cleaned up after himself and made sure I was happy with the results. I would recommend his services.

We had Fernando out to help us with some electrical and he was great to work with! Super nice guy, very patient with our questions, and did a great job explaining all of our options. 10/10 will call again
These guys are good. Originally was looking at replacing compressor but Matt came out and diagnosed some things that not only made it cheaper but also got it back up and running in a few hours. Matt detailed all options and was super great at understanding and was trustworthy.
Tyler was so great. He walked me through everything he was doing, answered all of my questions, was quick and efficient and so kind! I was very happy with him and his work!

Can't say enough good things about Justin. There were several issues that made his job harder and each time he approached it with enthusiasm, Cleaned up before he left, and was super nice and friendly. Every time a change was made to the plans he consulted with me first. Highly recommend

I have mixed feelings. Jenny was great. She got my AC running and my house is cool. The issue I have is the pricing. To clean the coil in my furnace cost me $1800. It wasn’t until later that I realized that is very high. Also, I need to replace my furnace and quotes were, compared with other companies for the exact same product and service, thousands of dollars more. The people were kind and helpful but the company seems to be sort of scammy.
Austin was super helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. He also helped us implement a preventive measure that ensures our issue will not reoccur for awhile. Thank you so much for your support.
Matt was extraordinary! It’s hard to find a tech that doesn’t lean hard on trying to sell sell sell. I loathe companies that force their service techs to be salesmen. As sun as a service tech attempts to sell me, I switch companies. Thank you Matt Hansen for your professional service, patience with me as I ask questions, and your manners and cleanliness while in our home. Same Day Service is lucky to have you. Don’t ever change!
Austin and Jake were amazing. They communicated constantly about timelines and expectations. They worked extra to find the right panel upgrade, label everything clearly, and even tossed a ball for a young golden retriever who would absolutely rate them 7/5 woofs.
