Dependablr, helpful,respectful, and great customer service
Temperatures in my house were down to the lower forties after being out of town and I was having trouble finding a heating contractor who would come out because of the time I was calling. I then found Rapid Response Heating. They showed up not long after I talked to them and quickly diagnosed the problem and had a part on their truck to repair my furnace. Really glad to have heat again.
Called them and they were on time and very professional. Quality of work was very good.
I needed my furnace repaired or replaced, and they were very professional on diagnostics and helping me to alleviate the issue. Very kind yet on task and always appreciate that in a business. Thank you so much!

What an excellent job Boyd and his team did!! We were dealing with our home warranty for a week or so and they keep sending incompetent “techs” that our issue was never resolve, we ended canceling our home warranty. We called Boyd on a Friday, he answered all our questions and concerns and offered to stop by our house in a few hours, that afternoon he was here and found the issues with our AC unit. Since the moment we met him, we felt that we made a GREAT decision calling him, he is honest, professional and trustworthy, by Monday we have new AC unit but because of our AC system in our home, the new unit didn’t work, so he figured out what the issues was and told us that we needed a different AC unit. He was able to find the AC unit outside the city and sent his crew to get it, few hour later we had a great AC unit installed at no extra cost, what a fantastic job he did, the new unit works great and we are a happy customer. We highly recommend using Rapid Response Heating and Air service, they are very friendly and professional. Thank you Boyd!

Always prompt, give great service and are very reasonable.
Our AC stopped working during a heat wave. Called many places who did not return calls and those that did, did not show up. Called Rapid Response and Boyd the owner answered directly and managed to fit us in his very busy schedule. He was very honest and fixed our AC unit. He was very informative, respectful, professional and price was very reasonable. We will only use his services from here on out and will recommend him to all our friends and family.

Called for minor issue and was given some great advice that lead me to get my whole furnace replaced. There was no pressure to do so; Jordan was knowledgeable and gave me an education that lead me to make that decision myself. They helped me not only keep me and my family comfortable, but safe as well. I HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone that needs any sort of HVAC work done. Awesome work and very reasonable prices.
These people are quality, genuine, straightforward, and honest. After my initial experience, they have a customer for life and I would recommend them to anyone. Had Jordan come out SAME DAY I called in to get a second opinion on my HVAC and water heater. Previous group said I wasn't up to code, and needed to replace a few things totalling $3000 in repairs that was quoted. Jordan came in, educated me, called the individual who is over the code system in Utah, and walked me through exactly what was needed. Saved me $3000 while educating me. Phenomenal experience
Rapid response was the only company that could install an AC unit the next week. Mine stopped working on Friday, they could come Monday, and it was too hot to wait three weeks for anyone else. The five star reviews made me comfortable with this choice. They said they could do the entire install in one day. Monday, two Tech's came and told me what they were installing. There was no choice on unit, which is weird to me, but it was a reasonable cost. They starting the install, then around noon left to pick up some needed parts saying they would return in an hour. More than an hour later, they called saying that they had tracked down the last coil in Utah that fit my house in Ogden because of an aluminum shortage. They would be coming back late due to the extra time to get it. When they came back, they said it was too late to finish the attic work, and they would come back the next day. The next day, two different Tech's arrived. One said he had only been working for a week, the other told me he was given the wrong coil by the guys who did the Ogden drive the day before. He waited for a different on to be delivered. He said I needed to also pay for a new pump and kill switch. Later, he said he had a pump with a internal kill switch he would install to save me money. They had issues getting the system working and called someone else out because of a line blockage outside. They got it running. Next morning, the house was getting hot so I called. A tech came and said the coil was frozen and needed to melt before he could do anything. He turned everything off and left a while. (I read later that this melting process requires towels and a watchful eye to prevent water damage). He returned and said the blockage during install probably caused the issue and it just needed to melt, he fixed the AC fluid levels and it was working. The next morning, water was dripping down the walls in the bathroom. I called and they came out again. I was told by the Tech that the ice had brok

We came home from vacation on a Sunday afternoon around 2 pm to find our A/C unit not working. Of course on the hottest weekend of the year. I immediately started calling (only 4.5-5 star rated) companies in an attempt to find someone that would come out and take a look at it asap. Boyd at Rapid Response was the ONLY one that offered to come out that evening. I could tell when I originally called he was with family, I could hear kids in the background. He told me he could be out in a couple hours. He was there as promised and determined our unit was not repairable. At that point I thought we would be looking at a week or more out to get a new unit ordered and get on the schedule for the replacement. Not the case, he had Daniel, one of his technicians at our house at 9:30 am the next day. Daniel was prepping the area for the new equipment and Boyd, the owner, showed up 30 minutes later with the new A/C. They were amazing and did a terrific job!!!! They will be back in the fall to check up on the new unit and our furnace to make sure we are all set for winter. I highly recommend this company!!
