I highly recommend this business. They are professional, friendly and capable. They dealt with our leaking sewer line quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable price. Ask for Tyson. He is great.
Our AC stopped working. They came out the same day, told us that our coils were frozen and we needed to let them thaw before they could diagnose. They charged us $170 for a "diagnosis". Prior to the appointment, we were never informed us that we would be charged a diagnosis fee. They then wanted to charge us AGAIN when they came out the second time after the coils defrosted. They said everything was really dirty and they couldn't diagnose anything until it was cleaned. They charged us $678 to clean the stuff, but afterward, the problem didn't have ANYTHING to do with cleaning and could have been diagnosed without the cleaning. Upon receiving a second opinion from another company, it became clear that their "cleaning" actually caused damage to the fins within our AC unit, which would have resulted in a really steep electricity bill. They also said they couldn't tell where our refrigerant leak was unless we did a $2000 dye test, but the other company was able to detect the leak immediately. Basically, we threw away $800 with this company. They seem like a company that just keeps adding pointless things on to the bill instead of figuring out what's actually wrong. Very disappointed.
CJ and Shayne were great! Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything as they were diagnosing my hot water heater. Afterwards, they provided me with several options and recommendations.
Very happy with the service provided. They were able to come same day where as other companies were over a week out. Very pleasant to work with, presented everything with all options. Had our AC back up and running in under an hour.
Our AC went out and needed it fixed ASAP due to having two very small children and our house being too hot for them. They made it over same day and got it back up and running in no time without any up-selling or the typical “you don’t know anything” attitude. I was weeding and cut the power to my ac. I called nearings and Richard came out and he was so nice and friendly did the job really fast. I would definitely call them again with any other problems that I have. They came right out same day and got it done in half an hour.

This is just for a quote but they were very professional and open about costs. Felt comfortable with Santana as a representative of Neering, respectful and knowledgeable.

UPDATE! RIPOFF! Nick is dishonest and has terrible customer service. I had previously reported “Great service, Reasonable Cost, fast!” Today, after $89 + $360.10 = $449.10 not counting a replacement Next thermostat I bought on Amazon, I’ve changed my stance. It was a simple replacement, plug n play. Nick erroneously said that I had zero service history, which isn’t true, I actually gave him a favorable review last year for HVAC maintenance. Today you get price gouging and typically greedy contractor bully treatment if you complain about costs. I could go on… he will likely come up with some excuse to refute this, but… before you call these guys, ask yourself: why would a previously happy customer suddenly post a negative review? Is switching out a thermostat really worth $450? There are plenty of better options out there that will treat you like they care. Caution advised
We had a contractor trash our sprinkler system right before we were set to close and John S and Aric came out the same day that we called to diagnose, then were able to complete the repair and save our closing date! They truly saved the day for us and were very friendly, professional, and efficient.
Ryan and his team did a great job diagnosing and make the repairs that my sprinkler system needed. He did a great job with communication and kept me well informed every step of the way.
Just replaced HVAC system from Neerings Plumbing Heating and Air. Joe and Michael did a fantastic job on the removal/install. They kept us informed on the progress throughout the process. System working fantastic. Wished we had gone with them 17 years ago
We will be using Neerings for ALL our future HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, and other needs! Exceptional and honest service from John, which is so rare to find these days. I don’t leave reviews unless I feel like they deserve it, and Neerings (John) definitely gets 5 stars from us!
I’ve used Neerings for several years and they have always been super timely, responsive, high-quality, knowledgeable and friendly. This time we had AC and a leak detector installed. Joe, Michael and Randy were excellent!
While there was a challenge with the first round of work in terms of quality, Neerings showed their commitment to customers by sending a couple of experienced plumbers to address my concerns. They did a great job and I would recommend the company to others (suggesting that they ask for the senior team).
John and Tony were able to come the same day I called about my broken sprinkler water main. They ended up having to hand dig a giant hole to repair the pipe and made some improvements so it would be easier to shut on and off in the future. I appreciate the speedy and professional service.
