Kyle Malmstrom was quick, efficient, and polite. He also recommended alot of helpful things for future maintenance.
These guys helped make the best of a bad situation. The website is super simple to use. The team was on time and walked me through multiple options. Very professional and courteous. They even went out of their way to fix the air conditioner on the 4th of July so we didn't have to roast in the 90 degree house any more.
Excellent and rapid service on a holiday weekend. Kobe and Kaye did an excellent emergency installation the day before our big 4th of July BBQ.
Preston is fantastic. And he came out as soon as possible to fix AC on the hottest day yet. We have air conditioning! Took care of the issue in the most efficient and honest manner possible. Any Hour Services failed to fix it and sent out an electrician who suggested a 500 repair on the break box was necessary. Preston magically fixed it without touching the breaker box. Crazy how that works. Will definitely work with Preston and my buddy again. Thanks!
Required a boiler replacement as mine was failing out. boiler techs seem to be a dying breed but MBtP has one with another in training. Jackson and his associate get 5 stars, excellent service at a respectable pace. The company gets 3 stars due to the incessant text messages about leaving a review.
Dominic came out on Sunday to fix a clogged kitchen sink. He was awesome. He fixed the problem and gave me a few tips. The lady that set up the appointment was terrific also. Thanks to both of you.
Holland was very easy to work with and explained all the issues. I will have him return next week to do what he suggested.
Holland did awesome job! We were able to get a same-day appointment when everyone else told us it would take a couple days. He gave us several options and got the work done really quick!

This is a tale of two ratings. The plumbers are knowledgeable, get the work done promptly, and the price is reasonable. From that standpoint, this is a five-star outfit. This past winter I had a couple of jobs assessed, and despite a half-dozen attempts on my part, I could not get an estimate for the work and therefore never could schedule the repairs. And just this weekend I called on Friday evening to schedule a repair, and I never got a call back, even though I called twice. So based on those experiences the company rates one star. In summary, if they do any work for you, I think they do a good job at a fair price. But good luck getting them to actually do the work or call you back.
Dominique was prompt, pleasant and professional. He was knowledgeable about the drain issue and quickly cleared the backup. He used a camera to determine the condition of the pipe and recommended a longer term solution to our drainage problem. We’ve used My Buddy the Plumber for several years; they treat us fairly and we trust them.
The 2 men that came to our house to fix the toilet did it in less than 30 minutes and they also took a look outside at our sprinkler line and tightened that up for us as well. They were friendly and honest people, and affordable. I 100% recommend using them for all your electric, heating and plumbing issues!
Holland showed up on time and waited for me to get home because I ran a couple minutes late. He was respectful and friendly throughout the visit. He also cleaned my AC to increase air flow. His explanation of what was going wrong with the system was easy to understand too. No pressure for upgrades, but he left me with info for a new product that could be helpful for us.
The level of service and general demeanor of all the service technicians was excellent. The sales manager who helped me was very transparent and walked me through all options. The work was completed both quickly and efficiently and my house was left extremely clean. I will absolutely be using My Buddy for future home plumbing/electrical/heating etc. needs.
Our technician Heath walked us through all of the issues we were experiencing and explained things in a knowledgeable and clear way. He was upfront about our options and then did an excellent job fixing the problem and replacing the parts we needed. Throughout it all he was cheerful and kind! We’d absolutely ask for him again if we needed further plumbing assistance.
Larry at My Buddy is a first-rate technician. Every time he has made a call for an inspection and/or repair he’s always gone the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect before he leaves. If he doesn’t have the part or has to return, he does it promptly and stays until he’s sure the issue is completely resolved. He does excellent work, very personable. We trust My Buddy to keep our HVAC in top condition
Kyle came out to look at our exterior faucet that wasn’t working. As soon as he turned on the faucet it worked! Kyle went the extra mile by checking inside underneath the window where the faucet is located, and educated us how the valve for our exterior faucet works. This is my first experience with My Buddy the Plumber and will keep them in mind for the future.
If I could give Ish and Holland a 10 star review I would! They were on time, got right to work and kept at it and finished the entire AC/Furnace replacement in one day! Plus pleasant, communicative and tidy!
