I have been a customer for over 10 years. They are very responsive to every HVAC need I have had. I own multiple properties and they have installed many HVAC units and kept them serviced and maintained extremely well and at very reasonable prices. The owner is very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend them.

Absolute hacks. Do not use. See uploaded photos for evidence of their negligence and incompetence. They installed 3 furnaces and two AC systems along with humidifiers and air purification in our house. Numerous code violations (nothing properly grounded), extremely sloppy work (ducts aren’t sealed, filtration and humidifiers not serviceable and installed totally wrong.) they were out numerous times to “resolve issues” that kept popping back up (wiring / control / functionality / etc.) Finally we got fed up with them and have since had multiple HVAC companies come out to verify the sloppy work ... they were all totally shocked and indicated the only path forward was to remove/reinstall all three systems. All three furnaces aren't leveled, wrong gauge electrical cable on condensers, kinked copper lines due to not using pipe bender, drainage angles that result in it flowing back into the system, ground cables just left tucked away that they were too lazy to ground (code violation), rusting of the new system because of poor install, sloppy gaps in ducting, a filter system that is unserviceable because they sloppily installed behind piping, AC breakers improperly wired so they stay hot when pulled, etc, etc.
Had an agreement and scheduled a date for a mini split install. I took the day off to ensure I was home. Lucas was a no show and refused to return any calls, his office was apologetic but had no answers. Needles to say DON’T USE THEM!!! horrible customer service had to go with another bid and provider. Still no call and then his secretary told me the bid would be $1200 more than the original bid!!😡. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!!!!!
Pésimo servicio después de saber que uno de sus empleados cometió fraude al colocar nuestro aire acondicionado y al intentar areglar el problema la persona encargada de enviar alas personas a checar el problema nos dejo esperando por que jamás llegaron a solucionar el problema es una lástima que afecten de esta manera
I called Lucas Heating and Air three times to set up times for them to service a unit they installed on a house we purchased. They dropped the ball each time saying they would send some one over to check it out. They don't communicated well; you'll need to continually bug them to get them to come see you. We haven't seen them as of yet. I will definitely change my review if I see something improve.
Lucas responded to my call regarding my broken furnace and showed up the same day to assess the problem. We discussed brands and price options. He communicated clearly and regularly throughout the process. The new furnace was installed within a week and his install crew was respectful and professional. Lucas followed up to ensure it was working to my satisfaction and if there was anything else he could do. I highly recommend this company.
I'm just writing the review just now from when they installed my new HVAC system because I was waiting to see if there were any issues with the system, and based on my experience they deserve 5million Stars not just for their great awesome customer service but because of the promises kept, and to top it off they are not really into the HVAC business to just make money but to help people have a comfortable life. I have been telling everyone at work about them. They are a great help for the Hispanic community because they speak Spanish. They really care for the human race to have a comfortable life with great equipment, labor and customer service for your home, I would totally recommend them in a heartbeat.
So about three years ago my wife and I started having problems with our heating and cooling especially on the far reaches of the house there is just not enough air circulating to heat or cool effectively. I had multiple companies come out and all of my proposals were between 17 and $21,000 to replace everything, this year we finally decided it was time before the heat hits. I reached out to Lucas and he was quick to come out I explained what we have been going through and he recommended three separate brands and explained everything in detail. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our decision: Lucas got us a great price on a top of the line unit ac and furnace and his prices were so reasonable that we were able to purchase a tankless water heater’s as well!!! Lucas you and your crew killed it!
Lucas heating and air did an amazing job installing our new high efficiency furnace and did it at a price that just can't be beat! They are so great to work with and have great prices and technique. They had to do extra work to pipe my new high efficiency furnace and included that in the price and it ended up looking great at the exhaust terminal outside. Kudos to these guys and they stand behind the work with a warranty! They are prompt and courteous. Have used them several times now and they have done a great job with my new AC last year and now my furnace as well.
They did an awesome job. My rental needed a new furnace and air conditioner. They gave me a killer price and were all done in a day. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
