Great service. I called about an AC that would run sporadically/was leaking/needed the AC compressor moved, and they came out the day I was working from home within a 2 hour window (2 days after I called). I got a phone call when they were about 20 minutes out. After an initial inspection, it was clear that my old (over 25 year) unit was toast, in part as the filter was never changed (I didn't even know where in the attic it was), and that there is no way the compressor would start up again if moved. I know a *little* about AC and fridges, and he was able to explain things in terms that matched my limited knowledge, patiently answering my questions. I received three quotes later that day (last Thursday), with three options ranging from good, better, and best (and appropriate prices). I called to get more information on the differences and what I would expect to notice in terms of comfort and electrical usage, and the technician was able to answer all my questions - I was never pressured to choose a specific option. I chose the middle option, and today (Tuesday), they came to remove my old unit and install the new one. They even placed the compressor in a better place that I chose (previously, it was on an upper deck). They did all the work in one day and at the end of the day cleaned the area, showed me where the filter was/ how to replace, and answered all my questions. In total, 4 different people worked at my house, and all were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The entire process took less than two weeks, and it could have been faster had I been available earlier for the consultation and installation.

Nice technicians but they upcharge their parts by 10X the actual value. Do yourself a favor and find someone who isn't going to rip you off every chance they get.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Lee's. I had multiple companies come out to give me a quote for what I felt was a complex project and when Lee's came, they gave me a good first impression of being very knowledgeable. The two gentlemen that came over spent half an hour at my house really taking the time to talk through the job and our system to see what would be needed. It gave me great confidence that this company could perform the work I needed. When I received the quote later that day, they were also the lowest of the ones I received, so that was a major plus! I had to schedule the job for a month later. Since so much time had passed, I recieved a call a few days prior to install asking if one of the previous gentlemen could come double check that he had an accurate list of materials for his team. I thought this was fantastic. Instead of assuming and hoping for the best, they came back and made sure no time would be wasted by not having the correct materials. Day of, our technicians showed up on time and immediately went to work. It was a big job and they ended up having to come back the next day to complete it, but they hauled so they wouldn't leave us without gas or ac for the night. They were very kind and courteous overall. They completed everything to the way we hoped for. A couple days later, our AC condenser started short-cycling, leaving us without air. We tried a few things before we called Lee's the next afternoon and they had another technician come out that very evening to check it out. He found a pinhole leak and was able to fix it and replenish our condenser with the fluids that were lost. Since then, no other issues. Every person I have interacted with, from receptionist to technician, has been very kind and willing to stand behind their company and their work. They made everything so easy and stress-free. They didn't try to upsell me or try to hassle/charge extra for fixing the issue that popped up a few days afte

I’ve referred several people to Lee’s Heating and Air, including my own family members, not only that I’ve worked for Lee’s for a year, I had to leave due to the hours, needed different ones to accommodate my life. I’ve seen behind the scene’s so to say, I’ve been in the industry for a long time. It’s the first time I can truly say this company is amazing, it’s about its customers, being fair, and always doing the right thing. I will always refer anyone here, and will use them at my own home. They have amazing technician’s rather it be in service or installation. How often do you truly find that. ☺️

I can’t speak for the company or service itself. But I believe it’s important to remember that your white Ford F-150 with decals on the side represent your company. Driving aggressively, erratically, and irresponsibly on I-15 is probably not a good look.

Lee's was represented to me as a top hvac installation and maintenance company but after 5years and almost $10,000 later I found out that this claim was hogwash. The units seemed to work ok but not $10000 worth of ok. I called Lee's to have some one come out and do a maintenance checkup on the unit. I was told that they didn't do maintenance checks, that the unit didn't need a checkup. I called the person who sold me the unit and supervised it's installation, relaying to him the problem. After much discussion I was told Lee's didn't do service calls and that it was more or less my problem. Moving forward seventeen years from date of purchase, I finally found a company that would do service calls. The service tech spent two hours going over the unit. He took a number of pictures of areas where poor workmanship during installation allowed dust and moisture to get into the more intricate parts of the hvac. The unit can be repaired for about four grand or replaced for thirteen thousand. These are tidy sums to a retired person and looking back, knowing what I know now, I would not been so gullible and believed what i read. I truly believe Lee's Heating took advantage of us. They sold a bad product making false claims and didn't back up their product.

I am extremely frustrated it's been a while and I'm choosing to review I was not going to but now I feel like I need to. Initially I made an appointment and and they no call no showed I had to call them to complain about them not showing up; it was a weekend; the woman I spoke to that rescheduled me said "he was sick" okay.... where was the call for cancelation? The next time they were supposed to come out, they no showed again, she said the tech "didn't see me in the schedule" the last time, they were late, again. They did the bid for my furnace, and was getting ready to leave... I had almost forgotten that I needed to mention my A/C being done also (I don't even have duct work) to which he told me "you probably wouldn't want to, it will be very expensive to do it" I'm like: "how expensive " and he explained that it's a bigger job because the duct work has to be done from the attic, and that drives the cost up, it would be $7,000-10,000"... then sat there in his truck silent... I felt brushed off; no sir.. I do want it, i now am sitting in my new home sweating to death, because you felt I "Didnt want it".. they ended up installing my furnace... and I had to have them come back several times for various issues with it, that they essentially said was my issue, and it's just the way my home was built... now here I sit, trying to find someone else to come instal an A/C here at the house for me... when it could've been a bundle deal because was bought with a furnace... super disappointed. I was not going to leave a review but every time I call to get a bid from some place else I feel super annoyed and frustrated this could have been done a long time ago, with a bundle deal, because every place I call is like "we can do it way cheaper if you do it with your furnace" .... yep, I know; which has compelled me to write this review

Congratulations on your fantastic business model that promptly dispatches such skilled professional techs! ETHAN Your Tech is all 5 bright STARS!! And a raise in there somewhere. HE SAVED us after we spent 4 days during this 4th of July weekend in the torrential heat waves with not one business able to send someone for weeks or even so much as a return call!! SO SUPER IMPORTANT TO NOTE WE FORTUNATELY HEARD OF LEES 15+ YEARS AGO WHEN THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY MANY NEIGHBORS AND HAD THEM REMOVE OUR SWAMP COOLER AND THEY INSTALLED THEIR RECOMMENDED CENTRAL AIR UNIT. WITH SOME RESEARCH WE FINALLY STUMBLED ACROSS THE RECEIPT CALLED THEM AND HERE YOU ARE A++!!

I had my A/C go out. I did what self-diagnostics I could then called Lee's. The tech who came out, listed to what I had already tried, then went straight over condenser and had it fixed in about 10-15 minutes. It is about as good as having a broken A/C gets.
