Fantastic service a million times better than any hours. And the price was what was ( quoted ). Go figure and they didn’t tell me I needed a new unit like the other guy listed above!!!! Ps I did spend 100 dollars above what I had figured but it was well worth it. He found the leak and repaired it ! New Customer for life. James Powell
With our AC out and heat just building, we called several companies to get help. All were booked for days. Only Just Right could come out on the same day. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficently. Had parts on the truck
All the technicians from Just Right are so nice. Jason was so good with our ferocious dog! He explained the problem with our air conditioner, answered my technical questions, and had the part on hand to fix it.
The customer service rep told me that they are unable to service my area, but was the first rep out of many who was able to refer me to a few who might be able to service my area.
We can start with the lady behind the phone. She is so upbeat, pleasant and accommodating, you start off feeling good when you begin the process. Kurt was also very polite and seemed knowledgeable of the HVAC systems. He was very thorough and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. He explained that my system is at the age where I may need it replaced in the near future, but I didn't feel pressure to do it now. I don't mind paying a little more when I receive the service I got today.
Kurt was amazing! The service was expensive but that is the only complaint.
After getting quotes from several HVAC companies, we felt like we made the right choice with Just Right. Greg walked us through our options for installing central air and was patient in answering all of our questions. We appreciated his honesty and did not feel like he was trying to upsell us on expensive equipment that we didn't need. Daniel, Jace, and Luke did the installation. Daniel was great about communicating progress and checking in to make sure all of our concerns were addressed.

I started using Just Right last summer and was impressed not only with the professionalism and quality of work, but with the honesty. So this summer after putting it off for a few years, we finally saved up enough to replace our old HVAC system. The quality of work is amazing, as well as getting the job done thoroughly.
Kurt was professional and on time. He was able to solve our AC problem the next day after calling. Other local companies estimated a week or more for an inspection/quote.
My AC wasn't working. I called and they sent out a technician that day to get it up and running again. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything. My house is nice and cool again 😀
I have used three other local HVAC companies, but now will never call any other than Just Right! Every tech I've dealt with has been great and very competent. They are also the first company who has cleaned my (rooftop) AC unit during the annual maintenance. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I tried to get a bid for a mini split AC unit but they never contacted me. I think I found another business that will do the job. Best wishes for their business going forward. Maybe I can use then in the future for something else.
Just got a new ac and furnace installation. Turns out the little cartoon kid with the arrow on his head was not the Last Airbender because Trey and Gage worked their magic and my home is finally cold again! And I’m confident it will be warm in the winter. Thank you to the team for an absolute perfect and professional install. Now that my home is comfortable to be in, I feel like I’ve finally come out of the Stone Age.
They replaced both air conditioner & furnace wee very efficient price was reasonable very helpful and left lots of information on how to maintain our new units..thank you so much would definitely recommend...
Very thorough. Gave us a rundown of the issues pertaing to our unit. Stayed overtime to ensure the job was done. Everything was resolved by the end of the day. Very profession.
We got several quotes to replace our broken AC unit and Just Right was the best price, labor warranty, and financing option! The installation was professional and fast, and they did a great job cleaning up after they left. Overall very satisfied!
this was an emergency issue and Kurt took care of the problem with two different trips to my home. I am very appreciative of his work and service.
The technician did an inspection, and diagnosed the issue. He then checked with his supervisor concerning the required next steps. They decided not to complete the project because of the " off brand" equipment. They did not charge for the service call. I consider that conduct to be honest and more than fair.
