I’ve used these guys for years and they do great work. Quick, forthright, and always looking for the best solution for you. They really take care of you. My AC went out right as the temperature skyrocketed this summer and they worked me in ASAP to make sure I wasn’t dying in the heat. Extremely affordable, and their process is incredible. They have full reports with diagnostics, notes, and steps taken when they’re done so you know exactly what they did and what to keep an eye on with your system. 10/10, I will always go with I Know A Guy.
My air went out and they were the first company to be able to come See it. The guy on the phone heard the sound and said it was probably the pump. When Ethan came out he confirmed that was it. They fixed it the same day and my AC is back. I’m super glad I found these guys.
Our AC went out just before a heatwave. These guys were booked out at least a week but knew I was pregnant so made it happen to get our new unit installed and running within 2 days of us accepting their bid. Their prices were super competitive too. Highly recommend!
Brandon had to clean out the burner on the furnace as it had several spiders inside. I have used I Know a Guy for several years would not even think sbout calling anyone else. Great service, honest & great prices.

The Guys guys showed up on time and went straight to work and went above and beyond my expectations, was told it would be a 2 day install but they stayed a little bit later to finish the job, as being in the construction business myself I can say I was impressed compared to other HVAC contractors I see in the field.
I've used I know a Guy HVAC several times. Just as happy with the service as I was the first time. Great job, as always.

This company has wreckless people working for them. They do not care about you, your needs or anything of that sort. Their drivers, on multiple occasions, have had altercations with customers and strangers. The lead man driving a white 3500 HD Denali plate number 6P6HD, tried to run me off the road, then got out of his truck and threw a sprite bottle at my car- denting my car. I know a guy hvac is one of the most irresponsible companies I have ever seen- yet, I used to sell them parts all the time. That will not be happening anymore.
We had a leak in our A/C and were low on refrigerant. The first company we contacted estimated $600-900 to refill the refrigerant with a dye & sealant, but stated they would not be able to locate the leak until about 6 month later once they could see the dye. They estimated repairs at that point could range from $200-1,200 once they determine the source of the leak. We reached out to Brandon for a second opinion. He was able to walk us through a few things to check while on the phone. We set up an appt with him knowing we partially knew the issue. When he came and assessed our A/C, he was able to estimate about how much refrigerant was needed and estimated costs significantly below our first quote. In addition, he may have even figured out the leak as he could audibly here it from one of the valves (I can't believe the first guys didn't catch it!). Everything has been working since we and plan to continue using I Know A Guy HVAC for regular Fall & Spring servicing. Top notch service and I would highly recommend to others!!
You're crazy if you use anyone else!!! Alex was awesome! He worked hard to get our AC up and running again. Even though they were super busy they worked us in and saved us from the heat. Thanks guys!!

Dustin and Brandon made sure my pregnant wife didn't go without AC in her last month before baby comes. They had a full schedule but slotted us in to make sure we were comfortable. From awesome people to financing solutions, this place was awesome.

The service was great and half the price of others I had gotten quotes from. They were able to repair it to get us through until we could get a new one in when two others couldn't figure out how to get it going again!
