Jon Davidson came to our home yesterday and did a fabulous job! Beau Diamond came back today to finish up, he has been to our home before! We have had a new furnace, a new central air unit, a new water heater and all the plumbing services for us for years. I highly recommend them, they also text when they’re on their way and there is a picture so you know who is coming! Helps with my elderly mother when I am not able to be there. Thanks so much you guys!!

I couldn’t find the link to add a new review for work recently done by Friendly Services in our home, so I’m just updating my last review. The bottomline is that we continue to standby our “5-star” rating for Friendly Services. This last week, we had Crozby (Master Plumber) and Dillon (Apprentice) perform three services for our 1985 home in the Granite Community of Sandy City: 1. Install new water pressure valve (to bring our house water down to 65 psi from 100 psi). 2. Replace 38 year old laundry room sink faucet with new Moen gooseneck faucet & spray nozzle. 3. Replace 38 year worn out “freeze proof” hose bib that was leaking badly. The work was done in a timely, professional, and proficient manner. The way Crozby and Dillon replaced the wallboard (removed to replace the pressure valve) was “above & beyond” the call of duty. Crozby put a 2”x4” behind the wall board and added 4 screws to hold the plasterboard in place. The were courteous, competent and cleaned up the area after completing each project. It was a pleasure to have Crozby and Dillon in our home. We also had Kerwick Denally in our home this morning we do the annual check-up and maintenance of our A/C. We have the same praise for a Kerwick that we had for Crosby and Dillan. Thanks to the new ownership, management and professional employees we have seen in the last year, our faith has been restored in Friendly Plumbing. Beau Diamond has restored my confidence in Friendly! We have used Friendly Plumbing for 10 years now. They provide HVAC system maintenance and general plumbing services, but had high employee turnover and a were always a little pricey, but consistently stand behind their service. When two of our shower drains backed up, I called Friendly for service under our maintenance plan. Beau Diamond responded to our call. He was prompt, professional, courteous and quickly solved the problem. He went beyond the call of duty to clean-up and leave the showers spick-and-span. It

Brady and Miguel were amazing to work with! Courteous, respectful, and helpful. They were happy to answer all my questions—even those unrelated to the task at hand. They were also fast! Within 36 hours of calling we have our new tankless water heater system installed and functioning well. Now we have unlimited hot water!! I think I found my new go-to plumbers. Thanks guys!

Crozby and Dillan showed up exactly on time, and were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They repaired the leaky water supply line to my toilet, and updated the plumbing and water shutoff valve too. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a trustworthy plumber.
Crozby and Dillan were PHENOMENAL. I called the night before at 7pm, and they were here by 8:30am the next day. I appreciate that they gave me multiple options, didn't pressure me into anything, and got everything done in less than 3 hours despite me deciding to go with a brand new toilet! These guys are a great pair, and I'll ask for them specifically in the future. 10/10 stars for me.

We had a toilet that wasn't flushing properly, and we had faucets in two sinks that were dripping. Jordan was able to find the problems and get them fixed. Jordan is very personable and easy to talk to, and he does great work. I would recommend Friendly Home Services without hesitation.
This is the second time we have used this company. Miguel and Dillon were fantastic! They kept us informed of everything that was happening. Due to really wet weather, they weren't able to finish filling in the trench for a few weeks. When they were able to, they communicated really well about how the project was doing to be done. Highly recommend!
The two employees that came to replace our water softener, also made time to descale our tankless water heater when asked to do so upon arrival. They were very friendly, worked with our needs, they cleaned up after themselves AND cleaned up the salty residue that our softener left on the floor. I would recommend their service to anyone.
Crozby went beyond expectations today! I normally like to be at the house when work is being done but had to run to work, he executed the job at hand. Crozby gave me a call once he was done with some helpful suggestions. I really do appreciate the professional support from both in house and technician! Thanks team!
Derek was friendly, kind,knowledgeable, & answered every question I had with interest & as said with great knowledge. He was on time & put slip covers on his feet before entering our home & when he went out to get something from his van he took the covers off his feet covers just outside the door & when he came back in put them on again before entering the house. Very contentious of our floors & carpet by doing this which was greatly appreciated. He was AWESOME & explained the bill & sent an email of the bill & an explanation of our benefits of the program we've elected. Also noted to me that we only owe another 2 months! Not 3, very happy suprise. I'd recommend your company to friends and family because of the quality and professionalism and knowledge that was shown by Derek, whom I am sure was trained just as all employees are with your company.
The technician cleaned out our drain. He was very efficient and professional. He also explained everything. His name was Beau Diamond.
Be very careful with these people. We almost fell pray to a bait and switch. We brought in friendly for a summer system check. We were told by the friendly technician that the system needed replacing. We brought in a second outfit for assessment and a second bid. This new technician said the system was fine and in good working order. he did say that the air conditioning fuse was tampered with. The friendly guy also looked at this fuse. Needless to say I suspect the Friendly technician of messing with the fuse. I was also lied to by the technician who said the company was a local company and not a franchise.
Crozby and Johnathan were fantastic. They did a great job fixing our clogged drain. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to promptly remedy the situation. We’re recommend them and the Friendly team to anyone.
