Lance was very professional. He called to let me know he was on his way and to give me his estimated time of arrival. He tested the shower and knew right away that the cartridge was clogged and needed to be replaced. He quoted me the price and proceeded with the repair after I agreed. The repair was completed in about forty minutes and hot water was restored to my shower. Lance has very good communication skills. Very pleased!
We had a technician out here today to look at a few things around our house. He was professional, friendly and super helpful. He gave me a lot of information and was able to fix what he could the same day. Definitely would recommend!
I returned home after being away for about six hours and my water heater went out, I have no idea how long the water was. I called Expert Services and told them my problem and she told me they could have a technician at my home in two hours and that’s how long it was. Chase my technician was extremely professional, he evaluated the situation and gave me a quote on the job and started working right away. The job was completed in a timely manner and I was very happy with the finished product. I would recommend this company for any plumbing issues.
Leland was so amazing. He gave me many options and his suggestions. I felt like he really cared and was honest with me when he made a very very minor mistake that I would never have noticed. It's hard to find hard working honest service people these days but Leland sold me on your service. 😊
I had a problem with my water heater recirculating pump popping a gfi button. I made an appointment with “Expert Services”, and was told a tech would be here between 8-10 this morning. “Wes” arrived at 8:00 and within about 15 minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem for me. Wes was professional and friendly and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I strongly recommend this company and will call them again for future electrical issues.
I had a very big clog that would not move. Leland was able to repair it and get things going again. He was great!
Highly recommend Expert Services. David P was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything. I worked with multiple different companies for quotes. This is the only one I will call in the future.
Rich told me about their Expert Membership which includes extensive safety and maintenance inspections on every aspect of your plumbing, HVAC, electrical, vents, appliances, and pipes. If you haven’t bought this membership yet, now is the time !! Rich spent almost two hours here doing a thorough inspection, taking pictures and explaining everything to me. David was here to do the plumbing inspection today also. He was thoughtful, thorough, and took the time to show me what I can do on between their inspections, to be the best out of all of my appliances. He took photos, explained what he found, and helped me find the right replacement parts to purchase. David - thank you to you for your 6 years of service to Our Country, and thank you to your family and friends for their support of your service🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸. And …. Did I mention that this annual membership is only $299? I already received well beyond that value in today’s visit. Thank you for the refreshingly valuable customer service today, David and Rich!!!

David was great! We called on a Thursday and they sent David out within hours. He gave us an estimate and completed the work all on the same day! Easiest experience I've ever had with house repairs. The work is great quality and David cleaned up after himself. 10/10 would recommend!
--Adding in an edit to respond to the comment-- Thanks for providing your side of the story. Unfortunately this isn't completely true; I was called by your company and told on the phone that the work order (in reference to the quote/bid) was approved by my home insurance and to schedule the work. If there were no active problems I would not have moved forward with a $3K replacement. I've repeatedly asked for you to pull the transcript that would prove this - to which my request has been ignored each time. The technician on site was great and the work was done well, but at the end of the day you should hold your back office responsible for their communication with customers. Again, being told directly one thing and then after the fact going back on your word is unethical. Ultimately the home insurance cannot reimburse as you did explain to them that there was no active problem - this left me caught with the entire bill even though I was told directly by your company it was approved. I am still more than happy to find a resolution so feel free to give me a call if you would like to help address. There are still a few unanswered questions that have not been addressed. ---------- I would strongly advise anyone from entertaining using this company for any work. They scammed me out of almost $3K for a water heater replacement. This company got picked up as a subcontractor from my home insurance work order request. They came to bid the work on a Monday and then called me back Wednesday saying that the work has been approved by our home insurance and they can complete the work Friday - which they did. Upon completion they used pressure tactics by calling my wife and letting her know their technician could not leave our house if we didn't pay the invoice. The invoice was made out to American Home Shield (the insurance company), but shortly after our insurance stated that this work was never approved by them so they couldn't refund us the money. Each time I called Ex
JT showed up on time and was able to clear our kitchen sink drain clog which ended up being a long way down the drain line. Two previous services were not able to clear our drain. We are very happy with the service we received. Highly recommend.
I Had old cast iron section of sewer line left in my crawl space that was deteriorating, some old shut off valves and toilet flange that needed replacing. I scheduled with Expert Services and the next day they had a plumber over. Chase had a great attitude and the knowledge. It wasn’t an easy job and he worked late to make sure it was done right. Will call again in future for other plumbing needs.
Very professional and friendly. They use texts to keep you informed and the plumber contacted me before coming. I had them replace a shower valve and move the height of the shower. Fast and easy. These guys are great.
They were professional and kept me up to date on timing and schedule. Chandler did an awesome job and explained everything he was doing.
Expert Services saved us when we couldn't get in touch with our actual furnace company, and they came out to our house the next day. Both the person I talked to on the phone to make an appt with & the technician that came to our house were super friendly and explained things so clearly to us. Highly recommend this company!
The technician was very experienced and did a great job explaining the problems with the furnace installation (by another company) that led to our furnace troubles. He was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, the part that was needed had to be ordered from Vegas and took 7 days to arrive. In hindsight, I would have driven to Vegas in 1 day and picked it up myself, if I had known it was going to take so long.
David P came out and replaced & updated our water heater today and did an AMAZING job. I absolutely recommend David P with Expert Services. I will be coming back to them for any plumbing and heating needs. Thank you again for being so nice and helpful.
