I love Spencer. He's very knowledgeable and comes out even tho a concern regarding something they didn't install had an issue. He did thoroughly inspect the AC unit which he did install just to be safe. I've called in twice for situations regarding the furnace and made sure to mention my suspicions but Spencer's came out both time and did it with a smile on his face. He did explain and gave me several reasons as to why my upstairs floor is not cooling and made sure to pass feed back to the experts and had someone out the following day. Everytime I call they have availability the very next day. Mike with sales is also amazing. Diag service for AC was amazing (forgot his name, sorry) Josh overlooking the project is a Rockstar and very knowledgeable. Spencer, you rock!
Daren was professional and courteous. I appreciated his very thorough review of my water pipes and fixtures. He also gave good recommendations sent right to my email.
Daren came out for some regular maintenance of our water heater and plumbing as part of their service plan (which I’m a huge fan of, by the way). He did an excellent job, and was very knowledgeable and respectful.
I have used Black Diamond for many yrs. My last experience with Robert was awesome. He was able to fix my water issue within minutes.
Wesley was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was very thorough with his inspection, quickly identified the issue, gave me my options with up front pricing, and made the repair quickly. He is very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and really went above and beyond to not only fix my AC, but to give amazing service! Jonny and his associate did a terrific job installing several ceiling fans and dimmer switches for me today. They worked quickly, communicated with us appropriately throughout the service, and were highly professional and a pleasure to work with.
Great experience with the Black Diamond Experts HVAC technician that came out to determine the issue with our air conditioner! Reo was prompt, professional, skilled at the task at hand, informative, and explained /answered many of the concerns and questions that I had! Our air conditioner is now serviced to run properly going into the hotter months of the year! Thank you, Reo!

Spencer and his team replaced my furnace and air conditioning after Tom went through and evaluated what would be best for my home. They explained what they were doing as they went along and why they were doing it. After they were finished Spencer walked me through everything and made sure I comfortable with how the system works.They were friendly, cleaned up after themselves and also took care of a couple of issues that that went above and beyond their responsibilities. Black Diamond came out to do an AC tune up. First, they are always so professional and on time. They have great communication. Today, John S. was servicing the AC. He was thorough and explained everything he had completed and what was suggested. I had a lot of questions on other items and he was patient and went through everything with me. I’ve never been disappointed with their services. Thank you, John!
Josh D. Was awesome at fixing my smoke detector. The problem was something he hadn’t seen in 23 years but he knew exactly how to fix it and did so quickly. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Jason King came out because we were having issues with low flow on our shower and sink. He was very knowledgeable about possible causes. We also got information about installing a water softener that he said would help descale and decrease our issues.
Josh D. inspected my electrical panels inside and out. The box outside was hanging the screws had come out. He replaced the screws and reattached the panel. He was very thorough and pleasant. Thank you Josh!
Last night, our AC went out. Called Black Diamond, and they were able to have a tech come out the next day during the busy season. When Henry arrived, he was great - very professional, personable, and knew his stuff. He diagnosed the issues quickly, and took detailed pics and view from up in our attic to show the issues involved. When it came time to discuss repairs (in our case, replacing the whole HVAC system, which is nearly 20 years old), Henry was great at explaining options, and even went out of his way to set us up with discounts we didn't even know about. Eventually, we elected to go with another company to replace the system, but strictly due to their being able to give us an overall better deal financially, which is the only reason for the 4 stars - Henry was great, as were the office staff when we called to arrange things. As the owner of 2 small businesses, I can appreciate the importance of good customer service, and Henry was a great tech to have come out. We have all heard the "horror stories" out there. We have used Black Diamond in the past for other home repairs, and would not hesitate to do so again in the future.
Have used Black Diamond in the past for electrical and drain problems. They have always come in the time window they scheduled, did a great job and the cost was reasonable. Recently had Reo come and do routine maintenance on my furnace and A/C. He was awesome. He came within the scheduled time block, and did a thorough job on my furnace and A/C. He even gave me some suggestions on things I could do to help my A/C run more efficiently. The cost was more than reasonable. Don't know why but this is posting under my granddaughter's name. I've used Black Diamond for quite a bit of work on my aging home. Electrical, plumbing and some upgrades. I've been unimpressed in recent months however. I had to schedule an air conditioner service three times because they were busy with emergency repairs. I understand being without AC and mine had been operating fine, so I've been patient. Finally got a tech on this past Wednesday for a service and tune up. They attempted to upsell me on parts that were fine, but he felt should be replaced. I declined as I have a home warranty that will cover failures. After the tech left, I noticed that the AC was running warm. Come to find out, the fuses in the disconnect box were removed and not replaced, box cover left open and two small caps left on the ground near the unit. Black Diamond said they would have a tech out to check it Saturday morning. That fell through because the tech had an "emergency". I know it was the tech that didn't complete the work. I have an alarm system with a camera that looks over the back and was able to see how he did some work and packed everything up, leaving the fuses out and box opened. Luckily I was able to figure out how to put the fuses back in, otherwise I would have been without AC until Monday, or later. I'm not extremely handy and would have rather had a tech come out and go over everything to make sure the job was completed. I'm not sure that it was. Will be looking for some locally owned HVAC companies in the future. Black Diamond took so much of my money over the last year.
Daren was great! He’s actually helped us on a couple different issues. You can tell he’s experienced. He was thorough with explaining the process with us. We love black diamond.
Had Black Diamond out for a 3rd project to get my home up to modern standards. Bryan came out and looked everything over, gave me bids and options for the work I wanted done and explained everything. Johnny, Bernie, and Aidan arrived on time and did a fantastic job, they were very communicative to make sure things were going to be to our satisfaction and that the end work was acceptable. The guys cleaned up any mess they had made and went the extra mile to respect our home and property. You honestly cannot go wrong with BDE and you will be happy you called them.
Ryan was professional and got the job done right. The two other companies I called tried to charge me for things I didn’t even need to have done, but Ryan was honest and gave me a fair price. Would definitely recommend Black Diamond!
