We are very pleased with the service that Apex Clean Air has provided for us. Our AC broke down over the summer, and they responded quickly and efficiently. We were able to get a free check up for our AC, and Rafael was very charismatic and friendly, and he helped us immensely with what their company offered and gave us lots of helpful information with replacing/choosing a new AC. We ultimately settled with replacing both our AC and furnace, which with their summer deal included a free vent cleaning. When the date for replacement arrived, they did have to cancel on us for outside reasons, but Rafael and Jake were kind enough to spend their 4th of July replacing our AC and furnace. They came on time in the morning and were very professional and orderly. They treated us exceptionally well and were extremely friendly with our dog as well (an added bonus!), and they explained everything that they were doing in an easily understandable way. Overall, their professionalism and kindness left us a very good impression with Apex, and we will be using their services regularly moving forward.

Very professional and they actually scheduled to come earlier which I don't mind one bit! I love how they took the before and after pictures and walked us through the steps of what is best for the system. They were very informative and I loved how they suggested an air purifying system. I don't know what Apex is doing, but they are doing wonders. Thank you Eloy and Jace for all of the hard work. I expect Apex to give Eloy and Jace a bonus or a raise due to their amazing service and what they did for us today.
Jake, Josh and Emanuel installed our furnace and air conditioning systems. They are knowledgeable, hard workers who produced a beautiful result. They shared their knowledge and information about the products and installation willingly with us. In addition Jake was receptive to our requests to make this or that adjustment which helped us feel confident about our decision. Our experience could not have been better. We recommend Apex Clean Air highly.
Rafael did a great job inspecting our A/C system and provided a very detailed analysis of the system's condition with recommendations for improvements.

Detailed and thorough with the cleaning. Andres was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Even taught me a few things about the houses air system which I had not known about.
Apex Clean Air came to do our service in my 5 bedroom home. It took almost 8 hours to do everything. (There was a lot in my house) It looked like my vents have never been clean from all the before pictures we saw. John Jameson was our guy that helped us through it all. He was amazing with communicating and explaining how everything worked. He did a great job with cleaning the vents and very careful with everything in my home. He took his time with everything did not rush through it what so ever. He took pictures of every vent accessible to show us the nastyness that we are breathing everyday. Im excited to notice the difference everytime i walk in to my house. So far this is day two and i woke up less stuffier, the house has been less stinky after cooking food, and the AC has been working a lot better! Thankyou for everything!!
Andres called to let me know when he would be here. He was nice and professional and made sure everything was clean before he left. He made sure we understood the importance of having our old dog outside so the sound didn’t make him sick. I really appreciate the work he did!
We've been needing to replace our furnace and A/C since it came original in our home when we bought it over 20 years ago. We had another company come give us an estimate and their rep was like a robot. He wrote up an estimate, didn't ask any questions, didn't explain anything and never even called back to see if we were interested. We got in touch with Apex Clean Air and our sales rep - Seth H. was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything about the HVAC system, how it worked, what would be best for our situation, and answered all my questions. He gave us a great estimate and didn't pressure a decision. He called back the next day, like he said he would, to see if we had any questions. We went with Apex mainly because of Seth. The installers were great and on time. Seth came back and cleaned out our ducts and he was on time and did a great job. So far the system has been working great and we're very happy with our decision.
Rafael Vanegas gave superior service. Took the time to explain and show what was being done. Very professional and knowledgeable. Feel like I finally found a good company that I can depend on and trust.

We were very pleased with the excellent service and results that we received from Apex and their service professionals. Steven vacuumed, cleaned and sanitized all of our vents, and did an excellent job! He took inside before and after pictures of the vents, so that we could see the results. We didn't realize that we had so much gunk in our vents, now gone! They use modern and very effective equipment. No dust escapes the self contained equipment. Steven left everything tidy, neat, and clean! Also, we needed to have a vent rerouted, that was from the original furnace venting from years ago. Daniel did an excellent job on that project, also, and left everything tidy, neat, and clean! The Apex office staff were also very helpful, in taking our original call, and scheduling the work. We also felt that their pricing was very competitive and fair. We highly recommend them for your needs, also!
This is a great company to work with. They came in and took pictures of the vents before and after they cleaned. They also tested the vents and gave us great options to help with the growth from a previous used humidifier. They were honest and cared about the health of our family. They were kind and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.
Jake and Jace were great, very insightful, professional and knowledgeable of the job at hand. They were upfront on the cost of all services. They were great guys.

I was not home when Apex came but my roommate was there to show Jacob all the vents. She said he was on time , well mannered and professional . He kept contact with me by phone the whole time. He was very good about explaining everything. I opted to do the sanitary clean because of my asthma and sinus condition. Time will tell I hope! I would highly recommend !
Jake and Jace were great. They showed us everything they were doing and talked us through any issues they found. We ended up purchasing a whole home purification system and were happy with the purchase. We’ll definitely be calling Apex for future cleanings.
Apex was amazing! I was given their information by word of mouth from a family member and I’m so grateful I asked. I needed my dryer vent cleaned and the other quotes were upward of $250. I called Apex and Eloy came out to help with cleaning not only my dryer vent but also main lines and all the vents for a great price! He was very professional, on time, and great to my family and I. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for HVAC maintenance and cleaning! Thank you for your knowledge and expertise!
