All Hours was able to get me in sooner than anyone else when my AC suddenly went out. Jace was professional and considerate. He took the time to explain what the issues were and was able to fix the issue within an hour. Would recommend!
Colby from All Hours arrived right on time and was professional. He kept me advised of the work needed to complete my repair throughout the job. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem (which was completely different than what I had originally thought) and completed the repair of a pipe leaking into my wall quickly. I feel like he took extra steps to make sure everything was done correctly and let me know if additional maintenance I could perform to maintain my pipes in the future. I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you!

Had a new AC installed in august of 2022. It never worked right but the temperatures weren’t high enough to notice until July of 2023. Called on a Sunday to have them come find out why it isn’t keeping my house below 85 degrees. They said the earliest they could come out is that Wednesday from 1-6 (which is an obscenely large arrival window). Wednesday at 6:30 no one had arrived so I had to call to find out what was going on. They said they were running late but promised someone would be out the next day between 8 am and 1 PM. I said that’s unacceptable and I had already missed work and requested they be there at 8 am which they said they would try to accommodate. 1 o’clock the next day they still aren’t here so I call and they claim that the guy would be here by 6 PM. I’ve now had to miss two full days of work as well as run my AC 24/7 to keep the house at somewhat livable temperatures sky rocketing my power bill. They have shown no signs of trying to help me, they have completely blown me off. This is by far the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I wouldn’t use this company for ANYTHING ever again. I would be shocked if they ever make this right.
I'm honestly shocked by the positive reviews on this place and I'm wondering if they were paid for those reviews. These guys have terrible scare tactics and caused a huge problem for us during the sale of our home by shutting off the furnace gas and telling us we needed a new furnace when our furnace was only 6 years old and we did not need a new furnace! Luckily we got a second opinion who also said he gets a ton of calls like this, and that these furnace companies will do this when you have them come out for a tune up, so beware! I would never ever use this company for anything again.
On time - - so incredibly friendly and reassuring. The problem was remedied and my oh my Kirsten their customer service representative is as kind as it gets. She even sent a thank you personal handwritten card after for our business. Will be booking again!
I recommend All Hours plumbing. They’re techs are highly trained in their respective field, with continued in house training they will better serve their customers needs to get the job done right the first time!

technology got the better of me with my new thermostat Scott came out and gave me a tutorial. Hewas very patient and very kind. I appreciate him and All Hours Plumbing!
Kirsten was the absolute best. We have to get pricing for a very needy realtor and I leave town tomorrow but she made an appointment happen! Super personable….excellent representative of their company! If the rest of their people are like her; sign me up!

I just had my AC system checked and tuned up by All Hours. I have had three other HVAC companies perform maintenance on my system. Jayce, the All Hours technician, spent the most time of all the others going through the system and informing me areas of concern. I was very impressed with the level of service. Thank you, All Hours!
Teasha was so great! She kept me informed on when she would arrive and walked me through the entire process of what she was doing. She explained everything in terms I could understand and gave me several options so I could choose the one that would work best for me. I highly recommend the company because of her and her professionalism.
Leteashia and Eric were fantastic! Very professional but also very personable. They explained things really well and were very respectful to our home.
Pete savage really was top notch, he has basically been working on my moms pool boiler for 2 yrs, tried cheaper things first (it was what my mom wanted) he never minded picking up a phone call from me to help. He went through each inch of it. To make sure I knew how to keep it clean and secure it at winter so that maybe my mom can get a few more yrs out of it. He never pushed the big money replacements or anything gave us our options but never made us feel like we had to do this or that. Now it’s working better than it had for the last 5 yrs. My mom (if she wasn’t 70) would do a backflip. Thank you all hours and most importantly Pete.
Installed a new water softener. Christian Tronier was an excellent technician. Professional, friendly and competent. He answered all my questions without using over technical terms. I'll be using this company again.
Run like the plague from these guys! Very shady, unbelievably expensive. Had them out to get a quote on disconnecting 3 sinks and then reconnecting the next day after our new counters got installed. They quoted me $2800, including $760 to install the kitchen faucet. We sent them on their way and I did it all myself from watching YouTube. The funny thing is that the kitchen faucet was the easiest thing out of all that, took like 10 minutes.
Purchased a new bathroom vanity and needed some plumbing pipes moved. All Hours Plumbing’s rep, Alejandro, did a fantastic job. He explained everything in a way I could understand and explained all of the costs to me. He did all of the work exceptionally well, made sure everything was clean and neat when he and his partner, Keno, left. I would highly recommend this company and Alejandro for any plumbing needs. Trevor came and fixed our pipes. Super responsive to our emergency, and really trustworthy reasonable process. He offered us options, including the cheapest bandaid, a middle ground option, and a deluxe fix. We chose the middle one and he got us up to code, replacing some shoddy temporary work that preceded it. Not working with handymen on our pipes anymore. This is our new long term plumbing option. Highly recommend them. Really pleased with the work done and tea appreciate the friendly, professional, prompt service. Love Trevor!
All Hours Plumbing Heating & Cooling Channing Cook - A/C Alejandro Holguin – Plumber Channing corrected a multiple year A/C issue in minutes, then checked the rest of the system as well. After discussing a water pressure drop with him, I made a further appointment for their plumbing folks. Alejandro came out a few days later. He went over the system and verified the drop in pressure. He then adjusted the pressure regulator, sink & bathroom flow issues. In both appointments, they answered questions and provided very useful information. If you have HVAC issues, the folks at All Hours are fantastic! fjy
