Harold & His Team has done a fantastic job for us. Few years back Harold came out to look at our 20 plus year outdated system and recommend we bring our system up to energy efficient and quality standards. They replaced both old furnaces & condensing units & WOW what a difference!! Jason explained how changing the filter and doing simple maintenance on return & supply grilles to insure air flow. 01/12/19 Five stars for this company. As a follow up, we have a theater room we wanted to do a Split System on. It was the furthest room from basement furnace (under a garage) and Harold & his team came out and installed a mini split system. Does heating & cooling. My preferred vendor. When I need muscle for my community , they are my go to. When in need of assistance on on going issues they are on the spot. The lady that schedules always answers the phone promptly and is very attentive to my requests. Thank you guys! The Wellington is in good hands.

Affordable is by far the best heating and air company in Utah. I used Harold for my air conditioner unit and also replaced a furnace at the same time. This company was truly half the price of its competition!! You would be smart to go with this incredible company!! The best!

What an amazing company from start to finish!! They were always on time and were quick to respond when we had questions. They were amazing at working with a whole new system in a bit older house. They took the time needed to help fine tune everything to make sure it was working the way we wanted it to. Even after they were paid they answered our calls with questions we had. Harold is top notch and very knowledgeable! I would recommend them to all of our friends and family and feel lucky we picked them to work on and in our home!

I LOVE this company! They were the third company that I called for a quote when we found out the AC and furnace needed to be replaced. They were so kind, honest, and did a fantastic job. I’ve already told everyone I know who owns a home to call this company if they ever have issues! So amazed by them!
I called Harold to come out and give me a quote to replace my 17 year old broken furnace asap. He came out after hours and didn't try to sell me a new furnace, he fixed my furnace! He said that the furnace still worked. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He took the time to troubleshoot the issues and explained to me the error codes in the panel and how we could runs some tests to try get it working again. I definitely will be hiring Affordable Heating and Cooling when my furnace does tank!
This company is a perfect example of integrity, honesty, and reliability. They do a great job and you can count on them when you need their help. If there’s a problem, they’ll be there. They aren’t the type of company that takes your money and then treats you like you no longer matter. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
A friend of money rented a home from the owners. It was a toilet. For a place that supposedly specializes in heating and air conditioning, this home had an HVAC system that barely worked and that was on a good day. If their own property is being ignored just imagine what would happen to your residence or business.

Big thanks again to Affordable for saving the day! Our AC went out last night (Sunday night on July 4th weekend). I called their after hours number and the owner answered and Was very nice, as always. He said they could get us taken care of the next day. I really applaud Eric, the technician, for wearing gloves and a mask the entire time even though he never had to come in the house. The repair was quick, inexpensive, and he took payment over the phone. Thanks, Eric, and thanks to affordable!
