Aaron arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional to work with. He gave us advice on various options to fix our problem and was kind and patient.
For the electrical service Trevor was great. Throughly explained the problem and the solution to get it fixed. Very knowledgeable, professional and just a really nice guy 👍. Thanks again great service.
Joel came out to look at our AC unit because it doesn't seem to be working properly and he was very helpful in explaining everything that needed to be upgraded and helping us set up a finance plan.

I'm very unhappy. The technician was great but feel there business is a bit shady. We just got a new furnace and air conditioning unit late summer 2021. We have out for routine maintenance and of course they find problems. Of course none covered by the company even though in warranty. I used to have a maintenance agreement on old ac. Not once did they mention an acid bath. And the capacitor on my old unit never failed it was the compressor. Brand new unit and capacitor is failing but not covered by warranty. And this unit less than 2 years old needs an acid bath. Seems a bit shady. I will not do business with them anymore as everytime they come out it costs me hundreds of dollars.
Alex and Blain were absolutely amazing. They were here at the early end of the time slot I provided. Very nice and professional and informative. Alex gave me a couple situations saying it was most likely the worst case scenario situation but he would try a few things first. The first thing he tried miraculously worked and he got my clogged main drain fixed and draining again in a matter of seconds. I would highly recommend this company, especially Alex and Blain, to anybody in the salt lake valley looking for help with any sort of plumbing problem.
Austin was well knowledgeable and straight forward, as well as professional. He was quick to arrive after I got my call informing m3 my technician was on the way.
Aaron came out next day and within the quoted time frame. He spent quite some time explaining my problem and what the solution is. He was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He gave me suggestions for continued plumbing care and was friendly to talk to. While I did not elect to have the service he suggested performed right then and there, I am highly considering it for next week! I recommend Action Plumbing.
This company is sketchy. They overprice and pressure people into closing, which shouldn’t be the case for this type of company. They are actually called 24 Hour Rooter Connectionz and have terrible reviews in the Better Business Bureau. Don’t go with this company!
We called and asked for a plumber to come help clear a drain because we had a coupon for a $33 drain clean. I figured we’d be met with some sort of upwelling tactics. What we were presented with was a $1200 “offer” to water jet clean the drain. We were told ABS pipe isn’t “designed” for normal snakes and although they would snake the line for close to $300 they wouldn’t recommend it. I kicked these two “sales men” out of my house and will never call this company again. I bought a snake, pipe camera, and water jet host to connect to my pressure washer for under $200. Giving two stars because I usually ignore the 1 star reviews when reading others reviews.
Jim was great. Our issue with our AC was worse than we thought and we ended up needing the whole thing replaced, but he was up front about the pros and cons to all our options, the costs for everything, and showed us the issues. He also was able to come out quicker than any other company was going to be able to and get the install people out the same day!
Joel came over promptly and explained everything in terms I could understand. They are installing everything I need the same day. They have a great warranty and financing option. Thanks Joel!
Jake arrived and explained what he was going to do, gave a a quote and within a hour fixed our plumbing problem. He was very friendly and courteous. We appreciate having a plumber come and solve our issues on a Sunday night late evening.
We were very happy that Jake showed when he did. We have a 1 year old and were very concerned with the black sediment backing up in the house. Thank you, Jake!
Joel was great servicing our A/C unit and was fast and careful with his work!! Appreciate his work! Update my review after the work was done my A/C did not work. Nobody has come by and its Saturday 7/1/23 almost 11pm NO A/C as of yet fixed. Its not great because we have 2 kids and the heat is crazy inside.
So thankful for Alex and Blaine for getting our drains back to flowing! After camping for 2 weeks, the laundry was piled up and wasn’t able to do anything until they fixed our problem. Great service!

Jake did a great job. He was so thoughtful of my elderly parents and very thorough. He tried several ways to fix the problem and was able to get the sink unclogged with no additional fees. Thank you for your time!
