After having one of the competitor companies come out to our house, we were very dissatisfied as they tried to overcharge us with an unreasonable estimate that included parts we did not need. We then called Absolute Quality Air. They were out within an hour and had our furnace fixed and running in 30 minutes, for less than half the cost. Very honest, and weren't pushy at all.
A GREAT SMALL BUSINESS!!! AQA replaced our AC and Furnace this summer. Everything was done with quality and a personal touch. The owner, Dave, was heavily involved in overseeing the work being done so I know it was done well. He is very focused on providing good service to his customers. His price was the lowest of the three we got and he stayed within the estimate he gave us. He also went out of his way to help us complete the necessary paperwork for getting rebates from the power and gas companies. I highly recommend AQA.
Absolute Quality Air has been servicing my house for the past 4 or 5 years. I have come to expect the professionalism and integrity they bring with them every time they service my house. I actually look forward to their visits because they are so kind and always add a personal touch and comment about my grandchildren’s pictures and make sure to pay my dog on the head. It’s always been a pleasure and I enjoy being treated like a valued customer.
Due to how old the building is as well as the old equipment already installed the project was difficult and these guys faced some unusual challenges. But I can truly say that they conquered them and completed the project with pride. They are a very respectful team as well as honest, I'll use them again.
They were quick, courteous and professional! what more could you ask for!
The system tune up worked wonders for our system. IT comes on less and cools the house in about half the time it seems. Thanks for the great service and improved A/C!
