If you want someone who who cares about your HVAC system Chad is your guy.
Highly predatory pricing. Not a good value. Charged $360 an hour for unskilled labor. Will not refer other customers and will certainly warn everyone I can both online and in person. Thank goodness for an online world which depends on honest online reviews.
These guys are the best in the business. There response time on a very cold Saturday was incredible. Jordan was very kind and professional. Thank you Utahs Best!
Purchased a 20 year old house last year that had some smell issues. Upon inspection of the ducts, they were covered in a 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thick dust layer. The house HAD a mouse/rat problem, so I was hoping to clean up any smells from the vents that could be helped. I used these guys when I moved in last Oct or Nov to clean my ducts. My expectations were exceeded. Due to the thickness of the layer of dust, I thought they'd be able to get "most" of it. But whatever system they are using brought it back to smooth bare metal in all the ducts I inspected afterwards. I wish I remember the kid's name that came out, so I could give him a shout out. He had red longer hair, looked early 20s. Nice work fellas. The piece of mind was worth it.
I wrote a much longer review on Facebook, but you'd be crazy to not use Chad and his team. Where one company used scare tactics to tell us we needed to spend thousands of dollars for an AC system since ours couldn't be repaired, Chad fixed our system up saving us literally thousands of dollars. He also got it all done in under 24 hours, even showing up at 7pm to help us get fixed up ASAP You can safely expect integrity, honesty, and getting to deal with a really nice guy by choosing Chad for your HVAC needs. Thanks again Chad!
Timely service on a hot summer day. Took the time to explain what was happening. I will call again next time I need HVAC work ... which is hopefully a long time from now =D.

LONG story short, TRANE has been an absolute nightmare trying to get a mother board that was under warranty, replaced on my 5 year old Furnace. When i first called Chad, he was able to come out to my house within 30 minutes of me calling. It took TRANE almost over 3 weeks to finally get me the part after MULTIPLE calls from both Chad and me to TRANE to try and figure out why the part never showed, never shipped and why we were told multiple stories, multiple times. When the part finally came in, Chad installed it almost immediately and even offered to install it on Christmas day (If the part would have showed up when it was supposed to the first time) His pricing is more than fair, he is more than patient, and his work is top notch. I trust him enough to have him go to my house while i am not home and he even called and told me he found a 50 dollar bill that went through the wash and he had put it on the counter. I recommend him to anyone and everyone now. Thanks Chad and Ryker!
I had Chad come to my home for a bid on a new furnace, central air, and duct work on my 1978 home (that had no duct work.) Not only was his bid very reasonable (and several thousand dollars less than the nearest bid) , he and his guys were extremely efficient and professional! It took less time than we expected, and I have been SO pleased. My only regret was that I didn't find Utah's Heating and Cooling sooner. As a Realtor, I have had need several times for an HVAC contractor for my clients. Before having U.H.and C. do work on my house, I would basically tell people to Google or ask around, but Chad is absolutely my "go-to" for all things HVAC, for my clients and for my own needs! These guys really are the best and are far more reasonable than any other contractor around! Besides that, Chad is just an all around great guy! Thanks for making our home more comfortable!!!! We appreciate you guys so much!
Called and was able to get in within 48 hours to have a gas line capped. We were afraid that the cost would be ridiculous for something like that, but was pleasantly surprised by their charge. Very affordable. Chad was very nice, professional, and finished within a short time. He didn't try to charge me with hidden fees and was very straight forward. He was also very thorough, making sure we were safe, no leaks, before he left. Highly recommended.
We had the water heater go on Friday afternoon, so we call to get a quote on the water heater and time line on when they could replace the water heater. They was able to come out that same day with in a few hours and get it replaced for us. VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL with there work, and for pricing they beat 5 other quotes that we got from other company's.
