My unit outside had stopped and when down the list Google had gave me from my search. Air Now Heating & Air Coniditioning picked up late night and came to the rescue! Jeff was the tech that came and looked at my unit and gave me honest and professional diagnosis on my unit. After I bombarded him with questions, he educated me and what my next plan of action was just so I don’t get the “run around.” He suggested I get with my builders HVAC guys and see if I can get my unit replaced under them since my home is still under warranty. With Jeff’s diagnosis and suggestions, my builders HVAC guys verified his findings. Now my builders HVAC guys are going to replace my unit without question. Without Jeff’s expertise diagnosis, I probably would of gotten the “run around” from the other guys. In the future If have any other HVAC issues these are they guys who I will call. There is no question about that! Thank you for all help Jeff!

Our furnace wouldn't come on on Wednesday morning so I called 3 HVAC companies to get estimates. Air Now was our choice. Jeff Hanchett, the owner of the company, showed up a couple of hours after I called. Below is a txt I sent him: I wanted to pass on to you how pleased we were with how the installation process of the new furnace went. David Webb showed his expertise and dedication to his profession. He was fast friendly and shared his information with us whenever we asked. Thank you for accommodating us so quickly and having a new furnace running in our home in less than 24 hours. I was very pleased with their service. I could tell Jeff really cares about the best possible product and fitting the needs of the customer. I was even more encouraged when a crew lead came with one of his guys and praised him for the work he was doing. That to me showed that they have camaraderie internally, and when there are happy employees there are happy customers! All of them were very friendly with me, hard working, and down to earth. Well done guys!
Gayle picked up my call and was very helpful. She sent Paul our right away. It was 5pm on a Saturday and our blower fan motor went out. He was quick to get a replacement. He did have to go back and get a second motor as first one was bad. He was super fast, friendly and very helpful. I am very glad I called Air Now. I will be using them again when I have any more heating cooling needs Thank you guys!!!
Jeff showed up very soon after I called. He fixed the problem I had for the best price. I was prepared to fully replace my AC and he said I didn’t need to and dice the minor issue it had. Very honest company! Highly recommend!

From his first visit, Paul went above and beyond. He even helped pull overgrown weeds out of our dirty ac unit! He helped in getting us our quote quickly, and chasing down suppliers and keeping us posted on his progress. He was professional, friendly, and I highly recommend him and his company! Will use again! Staff was friendly and informative. Got a really great deal on a furnace tune up. They gave a lot of time and attention to it and informed me about everything that was going on and answered my questions. They arrived right at the beginning of the window they gave me, sent me a text when they were on their way with a picture of the technician that would be arriving. Overall great experience. I would definitely use them again.
Jeff took the time to answer my questions and explain things to my understanding. He was very professional and non-intrusive so I was able to continue working while he was working on the furnace. I will definitely continue using his service.
