We have 2 restaurants that this company always helps us with when we have refrigeration issues that my hubbie has no time to fix. They are always responsive and always get the job done in a timely fashion. Mahalo Subzero!🌺

Mike came out on a Saturday morning, charged me extra for the weekend, put in two fan motors on my compressor and charged me $550 each for motors that cost him $235! RIP OFF!!!

I called them out because my downstairs a was blowing warm. They were able to come out within a few hours and when the ac turned back on it was working fine and blowing cold air. The technician still took the time to make sure the thermostat and unit were working well, and then refused to take payment because he felt he didn't do anything! we have had them work on our heater in the past as well and they did a great job! Will always recommend Subzero as one of the few truly honest, quality companies left!

Do not bother calling them and contact another company. Mike came out to my business and immediately claimed we had a bad compressor. I was very skeptical. The invoice was $2,700 to repair. My staff wanted him to give me a call since I was not present. He would not and demanded my staff pay him $80 for the service call so he can leave. I had to call Jolene at the office to ask what Mike had found. She questioned me and asked why I was skeptical of the bad compressor. I called another company for a second opinion. And of course, it was not the compressor. It was just a blown fuse which in TOTAL was under $70 to repair. To often, dishonest companies will claim costly repairs are required for a bigger check. Don't trust them, go with another company.
