I tried to get them to come repair my a/c that they installed in Feb, I called in Mar, April, May and finally in June I got someone that tried to help me, but his only way to help was sending emails. To this date I have not heard from anyone. The person that tried to help me, called back and told me that their repairman had quit and that I should find another company to come make the repairs and they would reimburse me for the repairs. Found out that the installation was faulty and all the coolant had leaked out so it's a repair of $900.00, I sent in the bill and I find myself wondering when will I get the reimbursement. I will advise anyone looking for central air, do not look at Sears or Transform Home Improvements, cause their salesman lied to me in so many ways. It's not Sears equipment and not Sears employees doing the work.
