Cecil is very friendly and excellent at troubleshooting and repairing heating and cooling.
Set up a time to get central air didn’t keep he’s Time did’nt bother him for a whole day and a half Finally called him told him I wasn’t very happy Then he hung up on me so I think I’m gonna report it to the Better Business Bureau very rude and not honest with his word.
Cecil made sure our A/C system was repaired on a very hot 4th of July weekend, and was fair and honest. I called him because he knows what he is doing and has treated us right in the past. He will continue to be my first call.
Amazing service!! I will keep Cecil as my HVAC person from this point on. Up front and honest. Works very quickly and quality is top notch. Very knowledgeable and will inform you if you have any questions. If I could leave 10 stars I would!! 🤘😁🤘
Cecil with Scott Heating & Air was amazing to work with! Great at communicating and letting you know when he will arrive. Working with him was the complete opposite experience from the previous vendor that my home warranty company had sent. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers. I highly recommend Cecil and truly appreciate him.
Very difficult company to have to work with. rude and not helpful in the repair of our furnace, I have asked my home warranty company to remove them from the vendors list.
I have used this company a few times.. Always very pleased with the service and price... Also Cecil is Awesome!!
Blower motor went out and he came to look at it that day. Found out we needed a whole new furnace because the heat exchanger was corroded. He got us a whole new system for a great price and did it quickly. Highly recommend.
A true professional that understands the needs of his customers. Arrived extremely quickly, identified the problem immediately, and worked a temporary solution until the parts would arrive. This is one of the best experiences I have had in a time of need for a major appliance. I will absolutely use Scott Heating and Air again in the future, if we need HVAC assistance.

We live in an apartment complex serviced by these guys. It's amazing the work they do and they genuinely care and make sure it gets done right. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
Worse costumer service, I have submitted a request through my insurance to get my AC unit fixed and so they had Scott heating and Air to come look at it. I got a call yesterday and I was at work and couldn’t answer it I called back as soon as I could and I was told that because they didn’t set up an appointment when they first called that I am not being sent somewhere else that a different company will help because Scott heating didn’t want to wait for me to call them back. It hasn’t even been 24 hrs and I got pushed away, these people don’t care about what’s going on in your home. I will never recommend anyone to this company, now I have to call my insurance and find out who they are going to use to help us since Scott decided to kick us off.
Cecil did a great job figuring out what was wrong with our AC, and then not only repairing it, but also identifying code violations with our furnace and fixing those problems too

Not all heroes wear capes, and Cecil is the definition of that! He was sent out by our apartment management to repair our unit, and he has worked tirelessly to help us, I sincerely appreciate everything that he has done. He even noticed a problem and alerted us to a potential danger. He is a great guy, with an even better work ethic.
Garbage company who never follows up on work orders. Took 13 days to some resolution to getting air conditioning fixed but it still is not fixed. Sitting here in the heat. Never returns calls or requests. Do not recommended.

What a great experience! My home warranty company, American Home Shield tried sticking me with another vendor and after a huge ordeal, they assigned Scott Heating & Air to service my gas furnace! He went above and beyond to explain things to me as our furnace was in sad shape! He was quick and precise and took the time to explain all the issues, which we knew there were many!
Two stars cause of his charm. Not happy with the company. He couldn't figure out our furnace issue.
