I would personally like to thank Chad, a service tech with Mountain Air, for trouble shooting and repairing our HVAC system. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for your help. Now looking forward to "chillin" this summer.
Mountain Air went way above and beyond for us. JD Wolsey was so nice and professional. He never quit until the problem was solved. He even was kind enough to play with my dog! Even though he is a monster pup! I have been a satisfied customer for over 30 years. Thanks
Placed a request and with in 24 hrs they had a time set and showed up and had me back to a cool house in 30 min.

Everything about their customer service was excellent! Out of the 4 people it took to diagnose, estimate, and replace our AC, everyone was prompt, arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and they were happy, professional, and helpful to us. I loved that they were personable and very willing to help in whatever route we wanted to take (whether to replace a broken part or to replace the entire AC). I was amazed they were able to replace it on such short notice (we contacted them Saturday night, after hours, and everything was replaced by Monday afternoon). They offered a portable AC for as long as they needed to replace ours. They also didn't try to upsell us on anything, which we really appreciated. They saved us $6000+ by helping us notice our furnace wasn't as old as we thought it was. We would've replaced it otherwise. I would recommend them to anyone.
Zack and Mike were great. Obviously needing a repair is stressful, they were respectful, helpful, went above and beyond, and answered all questions and offered options.
Matt was on time, super professional, and gave us some tips to keep our AC unit running better for longer.

Chad came out quick and was efficient in diagnosing and very upfront and honest showing me everything that was wrong and broke it down into terms I could understand.
I highly recommend Mountain Air Conditioning. Mike M was great. Got my AC working in no time. He streamlined the process, made it super easy to understand what needed to be replaced, and gave me a thorough and transparent breakdown of the pricing. It was fast, same-day support with excellent communication from the moment I dialed their number.
Very pleased with Mountain Air and especially Zack! He took the extra time to explain everything and was conscious of the final expense to me. Definitely will use them for all future needs!

Great Job and fixed us up for the heat that's coming. Explained everything so I felt comfortable about the expenditure. Also changed our thermostat even, which my wife had just asked me to do today.
These guys are awesome! Tod came in to help my AC start running better and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had suggestions for me to improve the way my system functions but never pressured or upsold anything. Only took a couple hours and its running great!! Thanks guys!
I normally only review food places but I figured because of the great service today I'd add one of very few non food reviews. I had Chad come out today for an AC tune up and he and it couldn't have been better. Their SAVE plan (a 2 times annual system check for AC and furnace) is a good value and it helps to head off potential issues before instead of after failure. I couldn't recommend this service and this technician more!
Without these guys do our furnace and our water heater now and they are always amazing! Every single time the text come out they are nice and professional and they are great with our dogs! They're always really good to work fast and are very respectful of your space.

Mountain Air sent out a technician same day when my A/C went out, diagnosed the problem, and provided the fix immediately. Very grateful for their immediate fix before it got too hot. I did not feel like they were trying to gouge me or add on unnecessary services. Strongly recommend if you have any AC issues!
Mountain air called me first thing this morning due to a urgent maintenance notification my ac was shutdown overnight. Zackery came this morning did the fix even hosed my ac unit down made sure I had a clean filter vacuumed inside and explained everything clearly. I committed to a semi annual maintenance contract as I am terrible at replacing my filter timely. AC is working wonderful again.
