Our furnace went out a week or so ago, of course on Thanksgiving weekend. We called a different provider and they quoted us 3 weeks out. Decided to give Denny a try! He arrived and got it running, unfortunately it didnt last. A few cycles and it stopped again. We bundled ourselves up for the weekend. But Denny came by one more time to check on us on his day off! We are so grateful that you did. Excellent customer service, he went beyond to keep us warm! Highly recommended!!
I’ve used his service three times he was sent out by my landlord the first two times he was several hours late making me late for work this last time he was scheduled to be there at 8:30 in the morning I called to verify he didn’t show up until 1:45 when I had to go to work and making me late once again for work very unprofessional and the problem does not seem to be fixed

Completely satisfied and pleased with Denny’s work. We call him for all our HVAC needs. He has also installed a tankless water heater for us that we love. The prices are very reasonable and we haven’t been able to beat his prices.
Denny has been servicing my furnace and air conditioning needs for over 14 years. He has done work on my house furnace as well as my rental units. He is always responsive and comes out quickly to resolve the problem. He is knowledgeable and skilled. Most of the time when I need an issue resolved at my business rentals, I don't need to even be there. He is completely trustworthy and does a great job. He also guarantees his work. From moving a heat register to repairing or servicing a furnace or air conditioner he does a great job. Some of my furnaces are located in an attic and he is up there fixing them wherever he is needed. He is my service guy. He is far more reasonable than some of the big, local ACHV companies. He is the only one I would call.
I have been using Denny’s Service Company for over 10 years, and my only regret is not finding him 30 years ago. He has worked on my furnaces and water heaters at my home, my rental apartments and my rental homes. He is very responsive with getting back with me, setting an appointment and always being there. Prior to finding Denny, I used many other contractors that were much less responsive, cost more and I would often have to wait for days to get an appointment and hours for them to finally show up at the agreed upon time. I have observed that Denny carefully makes sure the appliance can be fixed rather than just replacing the unit. Prior to finding Denny, I am sure there were many furnaces and water heaters that were replaced by other contractors rather that fixing them, resulting in much higher and unnecessary costs. I have been anxious to refer him to many of my family, neighbors and friends which have told me how much they appreciate Denny as well for the great service and value he has provided. There have been many times that I have called Denny and after telling him of the problem with a furnace or water heater, he has suggested things that I could try to fix the appliance myself. In many cases, I have followed his suggestions and was able to get the furnace or water heater running again. So much appreciated! Finally, he has given me and my Tenants advice concerning best practices to keep their appliances running longer and more efficiently saving both me and my tenants money. Denny is the Best !!!
Denny is a great contractor for all your heating, air conditioning and any gas appliance needs. I have used him for many jobs and he very experienced in so many things. He is very knowledgeable and can provide you with options for each task, not just one corporate brand or option. He has always been quick to respond, on-time for appointments, and quick to get jobs completed. I have personally referred him to many of my friends which tell me how reliable and easy to work with he is, and how much they saved over other companies that had previously quoted their jobs.

I have utilized Denny's service over several years. He has replaced furnaces and air conditioners at my own house as well as multiple rental properties that we own. About 14 furnaces and air conditioners, as I remember it. Prior to replacing the rental properties furnaces Denny came out for repairs on the old furnaces as needed. I have found him to be fair and honest in his dealings with me. He has always been willing to share ideas on how to keep our furnaces and air conditioners working well. He has kept his commitments. I believe there was one time he could not keep an appointment, but he contacted me prior to the scheduled appointment to let me know he had to reschedule. I count that in his favor because so many service personnel now days would just leave you hanging.
I'm a real estate broker/investor/landlord and have worked with Denny on numerous occasions both installing new HVAC systems in properties and also for maintenance with rentals. He's great to work with, reliable, timely, and well priced. I can't recommend him highly enough.
