Burrows Heating has been my GO TO COMPANY for 7-10 years. He has always returned calls, been on time, day and night. Having a 2 family in Trenton can be difficult with no heat calls, but with Burrows, I knew one call would solve my issues.
I trust Burrows heating and air. They do great work. They are dependable, professional, and super informative and friendly. They've worked on my heating and air conditioning over the past 15 years. I highly recommend this company.

AC went out on Saturday. We called at 8 am Monday morning and they had a technician out and the problem resolved by 1 pm Monday. My wife was very happy with their work and the professional and clean nature of the individual that worked on our AC. I'll definitely call them again for all my HVAC needs.
Our air conditioning stopped worked shortly after midnight. With the temperatures already above 100 for the past couple of days and projected to be over 100 for next several days I was rather worried. I called Burrows first as I liked their reviews. The woman that answered the phone was very kind and said that although they were very busy that day she would see if they could fit me in. She called back to say that they could fit me in that afternoon. Richard called me at the beginning of the stated window (1:30 - 3:00 PM) to say that he was behind on another job but could be there in an hour. I was absolutely fine with that. He arrived on time, started diagnosing the problem and had things completely fixed and put back together inside of 30 minutes. All repairs can't be done that fast but Richard definitely knew his stuff. He answered my questions and even made some suggestions about our furniture that was blocking vents. The price seemed more than fair and it was a very smooth and professional business transaction. I will definitely call Burrows again. I cannot recommend them enough. Very honest business with down to earth people.

We got caught on a Saturday night 15 minutes after Lowe's/Home Depot closed without a working ignitor. The part runs $13. We knew the issue, just needed the part and almost just waited until the next morning. Burrows was responsive to phone and came in about an hour - had quoted the weekend rate of $129 for call. We realized there would be mark up in the part but were shocked with the mark up of $77 - charged $89.20 for a $13 part. In the end it was a working furnace and ended up with the result needed, but I would get quotes on parts very carefully if ever using this company. I would be very leery to commit to any larger repair/furnace/ac replacement. The service and know how was reasonable, but with part mark up like that not a company I would do further business with.
Excellent customer service. Technician was awesome. He isolated and repaired our heating system right before a big cool down. Now our family is happy and warm. I would highly recommend this company for any repair or installation of your heating or cooling.

They saved me thousands of dollars on a repair/furnace replacement of the bid I was getting from another company. They found the small source of the problem and fixed it within the hour, whereas the other company wanted to charge a thousand for a different problem or sell me a brand new furnace. Thanks for your integrity and quality work! You’re my go-to guys for heating and air now!
