As part of my maintenance plan, I received reminders to get it scheduled. I used the business’s website to provide 2 dates and times that would work for me. I then received a confirmation for the accepted date/time. That made scheduling very easy! Caleb Ahasteen was the technician that called when he was on his way. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He serviced the unit, answered all of my questions, and then made sure I knew how to properly clean the unit. Thanks for making it simple to use the maintenance plan!

Today I had both my air conditioner and tankless water heater serviced by Barlow Service Experts. Mason arrived first and looked at the AC as part of my membership plan. He explained what he reviewed and provided tips on how to keep it clean after we mow the lawn. Darren and Victor arrived shortly after to begin maintenance work on the tankless water heater. They did a great job as well explaining the up front cost as well as the maintenance performed. I've been very happy with Barlow and just wish they had an office in St George so I could use them on the other house.

I recommend the yearly service option unconditionally. The most recent technician sent to my home is named Rodolfo. His thorough inspection and maintenance was evident throughout the entire process. Barlow earns my respect and I endorsed them for home heating and AC service calls. Reliable, honest and trustworthy. Update: just had my AC checked by Barlow and it passed with flying colors.
