WATER HEATER Aaron assisted with information about the replacement of our water heater. James came out the next day to do the installation. James arrived promptly, he was courteous, cleaned up his mess when done, and explained our new water heater. I would recommend OYBOY to others. Thank you for taking care of our needs at a difficult time.
They came out to service the heater. Only to find out the heater and a/c needed to be replaced. Fortunately they were able to do the job within 2 day. Jaxon and Logan were so professional and kept us updated on everything they did. We went a day without heat. We will definitely be calling them to come out and do all the service work hat is needed. I am so happy and pleased.. Thank you guys

Matt, Jaxon, and James were all stellar, fully competent, and professional as they recommended, quoted, and then installed a mini-split system to heat and cool an addition on our house. They offered transparency at every step, very reasonable costs, fully informed recommendations, and were very willing to work with us through a change order to pivot our initial electrical install requirements into an upgraded 200 amp service with their partners at Captain Electric (the latter is yet to be completed, but outside of OyBoy's purview). I would highly recommend OyBoy and specifically Matt, Jaxon, and James.

We just had Oy Boy come in and install a brand new ac and furnace, move vents and move both the ac and furnace to the attic. Gavin was the gentleman who came out and gave us the original quote did an amazing job with explaining all the work that will go into the job and answered all of our questions. Jackson, Logan and their crew came in and installed both units in a matter of days. They were very professional and did an amazing job. They walked us through all that was put in and how to work the new thermostat. We could not have been happier with the brand new units and with the amazing job that Oy Boy did.
I was really impressed with Oyboy. Jason is phenomenal to work with, and Jaxon and Logan did an amazing installation job. All at a great price, and within 24 hours! I highly recommend them!
We would recommend OyBoy to anyone. They did a great job with replacing our HVAC system. They not only replaced it, but moved it for us and helped helped us deal with a dangerous situation and a complicated job. They completed the entire job in a day and a half. Aaron helped us understand the issues going on and our options and got us an incredible price. Jaxon and Logan performed the install and both did a great job. Jaxon was efficient, professional, and helpful. The next day they came to quickly resolve a minor issue and even completed a task outside of the scope of their project. Thanks OyBoy!
Ethan and James came and did our furnace and air conditioner. They did a wonderful job. They were quick, professional and explained things so that we knew how to use our new equipment. We highly recommend using Oyboy for everything

John & his assistant arrived on time & told me how they would do the furnace & AC checks. They discovered a error reading on the furnace & investigated further. Got the reading back to normal. Helped us understand what was potentially harming the operation of the furnace & if left uncorrected could blow the furnace motor. Oy Boy also inspected the AC the company installed last Sept. All went well there. Lots of information & suggestions about other services they provide.
Gavin and Ethan are the epitome of professionalism. I had a hard time finding a contractor to come out in a timely manner when my old A/C unit failed in record heat. With 4 children it was a real struggle to keep everyone comfortable. With cheap box fans and spray mister bottles, it's what we had at the time to try and beat the heat. I then went to Lowe's and OyBoy were the contractors who contacted me quickly to evaluate the situation. Gavin did a very thorough inspection and walked me through the whole process. He spotted a leak that was never previously found which caused the compressor on my A/C to fail. He also really helped us out by loaning us some window A/C units until my A/C system in the house was replaced. The options he gave were very clear, concise and easy to understand which allowed me to make an informed decision moving forward. He was able to quickly set up the soonest installation date. Ethan arrived at the soonest availability to install the new system. His work was very efficient and clean as he laid down a barrier throughout the house, so our carpets did not get dirty. I don't even think he ever took a break. I was very impressed by his professionalism and quality of work. Excellent work ethic with excellent results. Upon inspection of his work, everything was very neat and tidy as he walked me through the work that was performed (noting some very useful information about what to look for in the future) and how to set up my new EcoBee Smart Thermostat after he installed it. I'm so happy with my new A/C and furnace system. The whole process from cradle to grave speaks volumes of this company and their dedication to outstanding customer service. I will be going through OyBoy for all future HVAC-related services. It's small businesses like this that restore my faith in finding an all-around exceptionally good and honest hardworking company.
The whole team was extremely nice fast friendly & efficient. Aaron Hubbard was a really nice guy, even tho his work shift was over he still made the time to stop by our house to come take a look at our AC that went out on us (not their product) our AC & furnace was very outdated & the original with the house let’s say.. no one was pushing us into anything they all took their time to talk to us answer questions & get us approved for refinancing. I highly recommend OYBOY heating and cooling. The service we got from the whole team was just amazing & because people like them is what makes us happy & keep going back to them. Thank you guys keep up the good work.
They were really nice came over earlier than they had to work really hard got the job done and got me AC during the worst heatwave Utah has In a while. They were also very thorough showing me how it worked how to turn on off and how to take care of it really well.
The technicians Jaxon and James were prompt, friendly and willing to explain the work needed. AC they were working they came to me to discuss some options in vent placement. The quality of work they performed was outstanding and I highly recommend them.
These guys are all around awesome. Whole process took less than 5 days from call to install and may have been the most efficient process I have ever seen. I called for a quote on a 3 zone ductless mini split system on Monday afternoon and got an appointment scheduled for the following day. On Tuesday Aaron came out, assessed everything and offered me a quote that was several thousands less than any other estimate I received. The next day, after thinking everything through, then grilling Aaron on every question I could imagine, I decided to pull the trigger and lock in my price before it could go up any higher. I figured it would take several months to get an install date but Aaron got me an appointment for the following morning. 8am Thursday morning, Jackson and James show up and walk me through the install process. By 1pm that same day, Jackson informed me they were done with the install (3 zone mini split) and showed me how to use the equipment. I am no expert but their work appears to be flawless and I am blown away by how quickly everything was done. Everything seems to work great and they are super quick to answer any questions. I would 100% recommend OyBoy for anyone interested in a ductless mini split system.
Aaron came out and gave us a good quote. He was honest about the products, their limitations and the limitations of our houses current system. He did try to upsell us. Made sure we were getting a system that was appropriate for us. Jaxon and James came to install a few days later and did a wonderful job. They were open about there work, dealt wit hour questions and were respectful of us, our home, and our work. They worked around us as we work from home. Answered all our questions, did a through and clean job, and went above and beyond to give us the work we wanted. Overall happy experience, would recommend.

Oyboy was able to get us on the schedule for the next business day. Jose came out to diagnose why our AC was no longer working. He was very professional and helpful. He explained everything in a way we could understand and was able to complete the repairs we requested same day. Grateful for quick and professional service during hot summer days!
