Brad was great to work with, he let me know when they would be here to install both furnace and accessories units. Mitchell came out to do measurements, was very nice and thorough. Installers Randy and Josh were just the best. I highly recommend this company for any and all hvac needs.
Upgraded furnace & A/C coils. Installed 95%+ efficient Carrier furnace on a new floor receiver box and a new aluminum a/c coil. Quiet, effective, and reliable.
I called H&M to get a second opinion after a service call from Just Right Heating and air the prior week. I am grateful and relieved that I did. H&M sent an ethical human being in addition to being a skilled service person. I think that this is more than just a salaried person compared to a person on commission coming to my home. This is about having ethical people in your home. H&M has earned my trust and gratitude and business.
Our heating system went down at the worst time. It's the holidays, I'm about to have a baby (like today), and we have family visiting from California to help with the baby (who also brought along young children). I didn't want us all to have to freeze any longer than we should. I tried calling a couple of companies super early in the morning but nobody could get me in early enough, plus you could tell they were mostly companies that pushed unnecessary sales. As soon as this company opened, I called. I got the best feel. They were real people who just help ....not try to string you along or are focused on how much they can get you to buy. Their technician Mitchell came and fixed the problem waaaay faster than expected and at really great rate. Very cool guy. I'm so happy that I went with Hill and Meir. They acted like lifesavers today.
They were able to get us serviced next day! previous company we had used had us scheduled out 2 weeks. Our technician, Bobby had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 30 min. Would recommend 100%. Excellent service.
I called H&M to come give a second opinion on our system. Man am I glad I did. I love that their service techs are paid hourly and don't recieve a commission on sales of new systems. The technician from Just Right Heating and Air had convinced me my system was almost dead and would likely die during he hottest part of this summer. H&M rep explained in great detail why that previous technician (see the review I posted for Just Right HVAC) was wrong and how he had failed to give me the whole story. Thank you so much for the help H&M I will be buying new unit through you in a few years when it's time.

Hands down the best company to work with. We had multiple bids to put in a new HVAC system including all the duct work, vents, cool air returns etc since our existing unit was in the attic. Their prices could not be beat. They were really easy to work with and I am so happy that all my my tile, carpet hard wood flooring etc was left in tact even with having to cut into flooring. Our new unit and all venting misc looks like it was there to begin with. Aaron and his crew communicated throughout the whole process. They were always considerate to ask if something was what we wanted and had envisioned before moving forward. Very professional. I am very pleased with their work. Our home is now heating and cooling evenly which it did not do before. Thanks HM Heating and Air!
Our AC unit hasn't worked since it was installed. They installed a lesser unit than what we were quoted for. Simply put, I am not impressed with this company. I would look elsewhere if I could do it over again.

H&M is a top notch company, they were easy to deal with, the owner Brad was very professional and the crew he sent to install our split style hvac system were just as professional as Brad. It was a really good experience and the system is keeping us cool which is wonderful. They came and had all the tools in the trailer and were well stocked for parts so there was no continuous running of getting additional parts which cut down on the install time and got us up and running in less than what we had planned for. The price was very reasonable as we did call for 3 other bids on the project, overall I'm very glad we chose to go with H&M.
Seriously the best of the best! They helped me get the right system for my home and were amazing to work with! Every technician was polite and helpful. They worked hard and got the job done efficiently and kept the work space clean. The system they installed runs perfectly!! So grateful for these wonderful people! Highly recommend!!
