Thomas was so professional and kind to come help us out. It was brutal weather and he showed up. Explained all we needed with the thermostat. Showed up on time and we were happy with fixing our thermostat and our system. Turns out we just needed to change our filter lol. But while we had him there he installed our nest. Thanks thomas!
Thomas was very kind and communicative. He got me right in his schedule and repaired my heater. He thoroughly explained what the issue was and went through the cost clearly. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I will definitely be using him in the future.
I would not recommend the maintenance service. I felt like they rushed things and were not thourgh enough. When brought this to their attention I feel my concerns were dismissed and ignored. They were fast and efficient I was just disappointed in the maintenance service.
My A/C unit went out on a Sunday and I had no idea who to use and I had no contacts in the industry. I got online and found Riches HVAC had stellar reviews so I decided to go with them. I made the request online and within minutes Thomas was texting me and asking questions. He fit me in the next day to come out to see what the issue was. Once we figured I needed a whole new unit we planned from there. Same day estimate and decision. His two man crew came out Wednesday and had me cooled off by that evening. Great people and definitely recommend. Thanks guys.
I did all I could before reaching out to a professional. I ended up texting Riches HVAC and they responded right away. They were just down the street at a neighbor's and showed up within minutes. Came to the backyard unit and inspected it. Found it was a condenser coil and gave an upfront price. They put the new part in and the AC is cooling again. All of this in under 15 minutes! So happy I found this company!
Thomas and his team did great work. There was a lot involved in the project, including doubling the amount of events and installing many return air ducts and now my house is finally cooling down in extremely hot days! Extremely high quality work and great customer service, always very responsive and on time.
Thomas from Riches HVAC was awesome to work with and I will be calling him in the future for HVAC work. I needed to have some duct work done for a new range hood vent insert in our new kitchen. He was was timely and communicated well through the whole process. His prices were reasonable compared to other quotes. They even came back and helped install the hood range insert after the cabinets and were installed and when the insert motor was delivered (other companies wanted additional charge for that where Thomas included that in the cost). He was also great with answer questions about our furnace and getting his opinion about recent feedback we had from another HVAC company. We ended up having Thomas install an iWave R air purifier in our home as well. I would recommend Thomas and Riches HVAC.
My husband called to see about having them move our unit so we could dig out our basement. He said he would come on Wednesday or Thursday. He was a no show, those days, and then Friday, Saturday and hours late on Sunday. But hey we assume he is doing his best! So we worked around him coming on Sunday. Then after a while he told us he couldn't do it because the unit was too old its only 10 years. But he could just cut it off so we could move it and then we could reconnect to a new unit. Seemed off but my husband went with it. Now we have no AC and had someone come look if we really need a new unit. They said nope we do not and it could have been moved but now that Thomas left the copper exposed we may or may not get the unit to work when reconnected. The copper line HAS to be so so very very clean. Now since it is open and exposed the unit is useless. WE need this fixed. It was 89 degrees today in my new house

I was referred to Riches HVAC LLC through Angi. Tomas, the owner, was very quick to respond to my emergency. He gave me a quote and was available the very next business day for my installation . This was a two-man job and they were both very professional and timely. The installation went smoothly and they took great care in making sure the equipment went up and down stairs smoothly. I will recommend them to my friend and family and if need be will use their services again.
Called them on a Sunday and they responded immediately. While chatting he offered a few over the phone suggestions. We scheduled a time for them to come out. Thomas came out and was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was very pleasant and explained things as he went along. He had us up and running in no time. I was in need of expedited repairs as I was selling my house the very next day. Thomas took my call and made room in his schedule to diagnose, and install the repair part the very next day. This was a game changer and even though he made it out during the day, he was willing to come by 7p on a Friday to ensure my deadline was met. Good dude and company. Will use again.
Called these guys late on a week day after I got home to a non functioning AC unit. They came over unscheduled in minutes. One of the first things he told me when I asked about a new unit is that he was there to fix it, and he wasn’t a salesman. That really stood out to me from prior HVAC service experiences. Once he looked at our AC and determined the problem, he offered to provide options and didn’t even charge a service or “show up” fee. Early the following morning I received my quotes as promised and I made the option to get a new unit due to timing of parts and the age of our AC. He again, showed up the same day, in the middle of the summer, and got us taken care of. I didn’t know these guys or the company, but the way they showed up and came across as honest and hard working blew me away. They even followed up with me the day after to make sure everything was good with what they did. Nobody does that these days! These guys are guaranteed to be my go to in the future for any HVAC needs and will be my referral when anyone has an issue.
Riches HVAC was great to work with. Thomas and D. J. did an excellent job installing my AC system. The cost was very reasonable and the system is working great.

Using Riches HVAC was a fantastic experience, I had them add all the ducting I needed to finish my basement and they were very through and explained what they were doing the whole time, very professional and great to work with.
These guys are the best! I hired them to install a new furnace, and I could not be more impressed. They got the job done right, on time, and left a clean work space afterwards. Highly recommend.

on one of the hottest summer days my air conditioning went out. I called Riches HVAC they came out quickly and for a very fair price I had a new air conditioner and heater. I really appreciated Thomas's knowledge, fairness and honesty, especially that he didn't try to over sell me on a unit that was too big for my house. (the last company did that which made my air conditioner go out faster and it would always blow fuses). I would highly recommend Riches HVAC #5 stars🌟
