These guys are cheaper and more attentive than any of the other HVAC companies I have ever used, they were in and out in less than an hour and left my ac unit running like a dream. If you want quality work in a timely fashion these are they guys to call.
They were responsive and pleasant. I did agree to the $199 for the service fee on a Sunday - 3 times more than two others but could not come till Monday. My wife had her sister and kids in town and I needed a Run Capacitor for my AC (which Home Depot and Lowes do not sell anymore). Yes the AC went out Saturday afternoon. They arrived - confirmed to replace the Run Capacitor in less than 10 minutes. I assumed maybe I would pay 2 to 3 times the MSRP for this on a Sunday (Home Depot is $13.00 - 5 day delivery). The tech said he did not have the pricing on his phone and the office would simply send a bill. So he was here for maybe 15 minutes total - then the office sent a bill for $445.00......... Gouging.and against State Law - which I will probably use). I don't mind paying for Sunday service but not for them to retire on.. BEWARE
Its the 4th of July and our ac quit working. Not expecting a call back as its a holiday, I was extremely impressed they they called back minutes later. At no charge he walked my husband through troubleshooting steps to figure out the issue. These guys are the epitome of great service and are why we keep coming back. Thanks for rescuing us! Not only did B&Z install our unit a few years ago, but they continue to help us out!
Zak & Branden were AWESOME! I called them on Monday to fix my AC unit in a rental I own and they were able to get down there the next day to assess the situation and get it fixed by Wednesday. They showed up when they said they would, were in constant communication and kept me updated on what needed to be done on the unit. They even offer a monthly package that gives you a semi yearly servicing package which is amazing since I am not able to service the unit myself. I will definitely use them again for any future issues (fingers crossed there aren’t any soon though 😬). Thank you B & Z!

As someone who truly appreciates detail-oriented, top-tier quality in home solutions, I must sing the praises of B&Z Heating and Air. When the time came to replace my HVAC system, I sought a company with a wider scope than the standard install. I wanted to upgrade to a Trane setup - a desire they readily accommodated. Their diligent attention to detail was indeed commendable. They didn't just install, they strategized to optimize airflow, balance temperature variances between floors, and improve air filtration and humidity levels. The resulting system boasted increased efficiency, reduced noise, and was kitted with a smart thermostat, setting a new bar in home comfort for me. One aspect where B&Z shines brighter than others is their cost-effectiveness. Even with such high quality and top-of-the-line products (including a new A/C unit, furnace, air filtration system, humidifier, and meticulously installed ductwork to aid in temperature balance), their pricing was extremely competitive – outdoing the two other quotes I obtained. Their unparalleled customer service is truly the cherry on top. Any question I had, no matter how simple or intricate, was met with a patient, thorough explanation. They didn’t just install and walk away, they took the time to ensure I fully understood how to maximize the efficiency of my new system. So, if you're in the market for an HVAC upgrade or replacement, I couldn’t recommend B&Z Heating and Air more. Got a second opinion from B&Z because another company told us we needed a new compressor and recommended just replacing the whole unit starting at 6500$ (spent 5 hrs looking at it). B&Z came out, spent less than 1 hr and fixed it for under 500$. Needless to say we are very pleased and grateful to B&Z for saving us thousands in an unnecessary repair or replacement.
I called on a Sunday after our furnace went out and Jenny got back with me fairly quick! We made a plan to get it serviced and get our heat back on. Not only did the technician find the issue and get it fixed, they showed me clear pictures of other issues that could cause more trouble fairly soon and for a fair price, we got those addressed too to ensure we don't get stuck again without heat. Couldn't be happier. We are very grateful.
I called B&Z because of the high reviews and they exceeded my expectations. They diagnosed the problem quickly, provided a thorough explanation and fair estimate, and fixed it all in under 24 hours. More importantly, Brandon went out of his way to check warranties to help us save money on the repairs. I will definitely be calling B&Z in the future.
These guys were amazing from the moment we reached out to the second they left our home!! We reached out for a second opinion on our furnace and air conditioner that needed to be replaced and not only did they significantly beat the first quote we got, but they were ready to help us out right away to make sure that our family wasn’t without heat!! They were on time, fast, very friendly, and very good about helping us understand the process! I will recommend these guys to everyone!!!!
Furnace was no longer working. We changed the thermostat and still furnace was not operational. Messaged B&Z at 9PM and their service team responded within 10 minutes, scheduled a technician at 10AM the following day. The technicians were on time. They did a fast and accurate diagnostic and remedied the problem within the hour. Honest, fast and professional service at a fair price. Thank you.
I’ve had some furnace issues which started right before the holiday weekend. I called multiple HVAC companies and many didn’t answer or return my calls. B&Z answered right away and got someone out that day. The technician identified the issue quickly and gave me multiple options to help save on the repair. I appreciated the honesty. Now for the best part. I was still having some issues with the furnace so I called back and they sent the owners out first thing the next morning to take a look at it. I took them down to the basement to find it had flooded overnight. They immediately helped me figure out where the water was coming from and move some things out of the way. While one guy worked on the furnace, the other used my shop vac to clean up the water on the floor and drain my window well which was the cause of the flood. I couldn’t believe how friendly and willing they were to help! What should have been a quick fix turned in to them spending extra time helping me and I’m so appreciative! Had I discovered the flood alone I would have had no idea what to do. I’m so grateful for their help! Oh, and my furnace is back to keeping my house nice and warm too.
Had furnace problems, 2 techs came out over 2 days, both awesome guys, fixed the problem right away it was impressive to see how fast they identified the issue then got a new part the next day and installed to save us from the cold weather! Definitely calling them again for any hvac problems.

Real HVAC techs willing to give honest assessment and defaulting to repair vs up sell when it wasn’t necessary. I’ll never use a different HVAC company. Zac was personable, kind and clearly knew his stuff. Made sure we would be good for a long time to come. Very responsive, text back in minutes and arrived within the hour.
