Once you call Tylor’s, you will never call anyone else!!!
We ordered a Fujitsu heat pump w/5 mini-splits we thought we could install ourselves. We couldn’t, & I want to discourage anyone who thinks they can. Tylor & Jeremy came to our rescue. They were able to fit us in quickly & got the job done while helping us save as much as we could. We’ll definitely be repeat customers.
Tylor took care of my furnace after it crapped out. He made sure my home was heated while we waited for install. His team was quick and efficient. Would recommend him to anyone.
What a positive, uplifting experience we've had with Tylor. He delivered on prompt personalized care for an emergency call. Going the literal extra mile in a snowstorm to bring relief to a frantic family with a broken heater. We can't thank him enough for his honest service!

Early March 2021, our Nest informed us that our heater was running, but the temperature continued to drop. We called 3 contractors for estimates. Tylor himself answered the phone and arranged an in-person consult right away. We did have the others come for the consult (and we had to pay just for the visit), but ultimately, Tylor's Heating & Air Conditioning not only beat their estimates by nearly half (the other two tried to upsell a unit that was more than our house needed), but also provided the most honest assessment and excellent customer service! He even offered to bring portable heaters to keep the house warm in the meantime. Our furnace was replaced within 48 hours and runs like a dream. Fast forward to late June 2022, our 19-year old air conditioner finally gave out and without hesitation, I called Tylor's Heating & Air Conditioning. He again gave us an honest assessment of our options and offered affordable prices for each. Our unit was replaced within 72 hours of the call and we are actually able to keep the house cooler using less energy than before! TL; DR: Tylor's Heating & Air Conditioning is honest, professional, affordable, and prompt. Highly recommend giving this reputable small business your business!

Tylor was amazing. We called him at 10:30 on Saturday night. Our furnace was blowing cold air. He had 2 space heaters dropped off for us to use at 9:00 Sunday morning and was here on time later that afternoon to fix our furnace. He was professional and didn't gouge us on the price If you need your furnace or AC system repaired, call Tylor.
Tylor was knowledgeable, patient, and descriptive with every worry and question I had. He was able to diagnose the problem so efficiently and get it fixed promptly when it counted. We wanted to move the outside part of our air conditioner to a different part of the yard. Tylor came and did it within our budget and made it look great afterwards. We can now enjoy our more roomy and less noisy back porch. We highly recommend him!

Without a doubt, Tylor has my business in the future. He was very informative, fairly priced, and you could tell he took pride in his work. Tylor took the time to explain his work and ensured that we were informed on potential heating upgrades, all while not trying to sell more than we needed. He was also very kind, as my three year old attempted to play "HVAC Apprentice." I would definitely refer him to anyone requiring HVAC services.
