I was really impressed by the depth of knowledge of the sales representative and also the technicians who came to install the unit. The entire installation was done in under 4 hours! I called the company as my refrigerator started to make strange noises. William, their expert, arrived in the evening. He was on his way home after a long working day. As he checked the device, he found a piece of dirt that got stuck there and caused the noise. He took it out and the problem was gone. His work lasted 5 minutes. He refused to take any payment. He only ask to stick the company’s card on the refrigerator door. We did of course. It is a decent and honest company. Thank you

Hired them to do maintenance on our AC system and pricing were very reasonable.. The tech arrived just as a thunderstorm was arriving but he diagnosed the problem in the rain then climbed into the attic to make the repair. I was pleased with his professionalism and quick work. I will use his services again.

Bert Heating & Cooling Contractor installed the A/C on our house. The main unit was replaced and an independent unit for the third floor was added. It was technically very difficult as it required a crane and accessibility remained very difficult. They were very professional, very flexible and extremely hard working. All functions very well. I strongly recommend them
