We woke up and it was 50° inside. We called and they showed up within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. It was good. We've used them at least three times over the last several years.

They explained everything they were doing and what we need to do in the future. They did not try to sell anything not needed. They fixed the problem, were very courteous and knowledgeable. We feel their service lives up to their name. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them without hesitation. Happy we found this company.
I slept through our first appointment and he had no problem at all rescheduling.. He did a perfect installation of the pexi-glass which helps eliminate about 90% of the street noise from the accordion side panels.. It looks fantastic!! Highly recommend!!

I loved that since the company comes over for my cooling unit’s maintenance I’ve been saving a lot from AC repairs. My unit’s been working efficiently ever since and I love the consistency of the temperature. It’s very convenient! 5 stars for the company!
Our air conditioner went out a week ago these people were referred by my aunt. I called them and they immediately came out right away and fixed it in less than 2 hours. They were very polite and professional. I will recommend Gravity HVAC to anyone.
Great work provided by the company and their super nice technicians. Installed 4 AC units in my new house without any problem. Everything works perfectly and looks really nice and clean. Will use them for maintenance later this year.
