I can't give enough praise to Genuine Comfort and all the staff there. We needed an entire new Heating & AC system as ours was 16 years-old and I did A LOT of research and calling around for estimates & advice. Tony answered dozens of questions that I had and never tried to upsell me. He replied quickly to multiple texts and phone calls and followed up with me often without being pressuring. He gave me an incredible deal for a great system (and believe me, I did my research!) and I couldn't be more pleased. The team that came out to install (Mark, Konnor & Ryan) were professional, curteous and quick. They laid down liners to protect my carpet and kept me in the loop of what they were doing and how long it would take. They were friendly and great at thier work...what more could I ask for?! We're happy with our system and especially happy with the value! And then to get a 'thank you' in the mail from them several days later? This company has my business :).
Wayne and Tony are awesome! Very reliable and willing to assist! Not common these days! UPDATE: Round two! Genuine Comfort was yet again great to work with! here we are in the dead of winter and my furnace decided to quit. Wayne was incredibly resposive and was over to our house within 20 min from when the message was sent. We have replaced the AC and the furnace for a more long term fix and it has been a fantastic upgrade! The techs who came out to preform the work are outstanding men and we are very happy with the work that was provided. I have used GC for years and will continue to spread the good word about them! John was super nice and answered all the questions my grandpa had as well as showed him everything he was doing. He stayed and made sure the heater was working properly after I set the schedule. Very professional and highly recommend using this company for any of your HVAC needs. Thanks again!
The very best! Owner came by first thing to be sure I was ready and confirmed what his technicians would be performing. Technicians great! They were quick, tidy and polite. Double checked to be sure I was pleased when everything was completed. Owner called next day to ensure everything was operating as I though it should. Recommend this company to everyone.

We have used Genuine Comfort for a number of years and I couldn't be happier with them! I phoned just this morning and Annette was able to get Brian out here before noon to check things out. The problem was solved in a short period of time and the house is very cool now! Had they not been able to come out today Annette would have had a portable room air conditioner brought out. In my opinion Genuine Comfort goes beyond what they have to in order to keep customers happy and comfortable and I appreciate them immensely!!
I have worked with lots of contractors over the years. These guys have been by far the easiest to work with. I highly highly recommend them. Read on if you want more details. It started off with Tony. He seemed to understand what I wanted. He listened and gave smart and honest suggestions. He was in contact throughout the entire process and was very helpful. I never felt rushed. Mark and Mac did the install. We were changing locations of the furnace and adding an A/C unit. They worked hard and got it done with as little mess as possible. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. I would not have any issues with them coming back to do more work in the future. Very easy to work with. Brian was sent over to fix the gas line. Since the furnace had been moved the gas line needed to be adjusted. He came in and ended up spending more time on it than he expected. He ended up running it a bit different to make it work perfect rather than just scab it together. It turned out perfect. He was very nice and easy to work with. Everything looks clean and professional. We are very happy.
Brian and BJ came on time and did a marvelous job. Our furnace was toast. It is a 1972 and it had just given up. They worked tirelessly to remove the old and install the new. It was like a retrofit. Tight quarters to get in and work on it and put in new and modify the ductwork. We just love it. I would highly recommend this company and the bonus they are local was a plus. We will stay with them.
I received 4 different bids to replace my furnace and heater, and Genuine Comfort offered the Carrier brand products I wanted at a very fair price. What really put them over the top though, was the friendly, honest, attentive service. I could tell that they were performing the best possible installation for our needs, even with a tight installation location. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs.

I can honestly say that this company goes above and beyond with their customer service and quality of work. They did a complete remodel for me and re-ran every return and vent. If I wanted something changed they did it with zero complaints. They're guys are very friendly and professional.
Brian and his team were awesome! They were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We were so happy our contractor used them to install our gas lines for our kitchen renovation! It is nice to have trust worthy, good people in your home
I have used them multiple times for various HVAC jobs in my home. Each time they are on time, efficient in their installation and very thorough. Best of all is they are willing and able to talk to you about what is going on. Specifically Ryan, is very knowledgeable and just a good guy. He keeps dog treats in his van. Good tech, even better guy.
We recently used Genuine Comfort to install a gas line into our kitchen to replace our electric oven with a gas oven. We also had them extend the line to our deck so we could connect our grill. Brian Dragon did the estimate and the installation (and gave us the idea to extend to the deck) and we were extremely pleased. He was very knowledgeable and professional and just a really good guy. The install turned out great and the whole experience was terrific. I would whole heartedly recommend these guys. Five stars!!

I had Brian and BJ install gas lines for a gas cooktop and a gas fireplace. I couldn't be more impressed with their work and professionalism. They completed a very difficult job within a business day and made sure that I was happy and my wife was happy before they left. They were friendly, personable, and did an excellent job cleaning up after the job. I have to admit when I received the bid (which was way lower than my other bid) I was nervous, but I can assure you they are professional and cheap! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks guys!
Wayne came over, took a look at our existing system and made some recommendations to increase air flow and effectiveness. We went with their advice and we couldn't be happier! Our basement is no longer as cold as it was, and the upstairs is no longer as hot. If you're looking to make your home more comfortable, use these guys!
