Great experience with this team, from start to finish. The initial call was pleasant and helpful. I received a call from the technician at the expected time, and he was able to arrive early to our appointed time. Brayden was kind, and explained our options well. The repairs were completed quickly, and I was so impressed that I signed up for a annual service agreement. I would recommend them to friends and family.
This place continues to impress me. I have called them in a pinch 4 times over the past 2 years because of various projects, and they are reliable, knowledgeable and treat their customers with absolute respect. They show up when they say they will, they explain what they are going to do and then they have great rates. I would recommend them without any hesitation.
Gary and his team of technicians took care of putting our new furnace and ac in in a timely and professional way. He explained the options clearly and succinctly. The company was able to arrange financing. They came out for the follow-up and everything went smoothly.

Needed a new GfWA furnace in the bitter cold if January 2023 and the came the next day to install. Friendly, honest and professional. I also had a new AC installed at the same time. In May, they needed to come back to get the AC connected and the technician Gary came with someone he was training and both were so great. Gary explained everything and why another visit was required. They were both very nice and professional. Great experience in every way. Thank you!

This month, I called them again for the installation of a tankless water heater and a steam humidifier. Jeremy and James were prompt to be here early and super friendly. They explained everything and worked quickly. I ended up with a new water heater after mine went out, and after getting several quotes, I chose this company because they were better priced and offered a guarantee. They cleaned up the look of my pipes during the install, making it look great. I would definitely recommend them! year later... James is back to do a flush of my water heater. He was early and quick to get it done. I would still highly recommend this place.

We requested a quote on a humidifier And appreciated the options explained to us and the pricing that was given to Us. Gary also took the time to look at a system fault indicator that was popping up on our thermostat and did a quick check just to see if he could quickly identify the problem for us. Great service and very easy to work with. We have used Craig’s for years and trust these guys.
We've had Craig's Services install our furnace about four or five years ago. We enjoyed their service so much that they were the first people we called when we wanted a bid to install a humidifier. When I called to make the appointment, the girl on the phone was so pleasant. And Gary, the technician who came to do the bid for us, was so knowledgeable and very patient when answering all of our questions. We couldn't have asked for nicer people to do business with. We recommend them highly!!!
Just had Gary install a tankless water heater and couldn’t be happier with the result. It was done same day and he and his team did a great job!
Luke, Gary, and the whole team were wonderful to work with. They installed a New Tankless Water Heater and Water Softener, and a Humidifier to my HVAC System. They will be my Plumbers/HVAC Company for ever. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a Plumber.
Gary and James came today to install our new AC system. I felt like the options were well explained when we made the decision to replace, and then the new system was installed in less than a week. I really appreciated the quick turnaround. Gary also really made an effort to get us the best deal for our money as we talked about the options and the timing of the install. The new system looks great and Gary even took some extra time to make sure some abnormalities were resolved with our thermostat after the install. I've had technicians from other companies who make you feel rushed at the end of the job and who may not answer your questions or make sure you are totally comfortable that your problems are resolved. Gary wasn't like that at all. He really wanted to make sure that the job was done right and that we were happy with the service. We will definitely be calling Craig's in the future.
Gary came and serviced our furnace. He did a fantastic job! As he was working he noticed some rusting around the bottom of our water heater. He explained what was happening, what could happen in the future and all our options without any type of pressure or salesmanship. He was able to schedule work for our water heater for the same week to ensure that no flooding wold occure. Would highly recommend Craig's Services and Gary!

Furnace was not working. Gary came and ran a thorough check and determined the 'mother board' was bad. Talked to us about our options in heating/cooling units, and explained finance options as well. We went with the Lennox heat pump system. Gary checked and they had a unit at the shop and a crew to help with installation. Gary showed up at our home about 10 AM to check out the old furnace. By 6 PM he and the install crew had the new unit installed and working. Couldn't ask for better, faster, more professional service. Thank you Gary, your crew, and Craig's HVAC service. It's nice to be warm again.
