TaNiesha was absolutely wonderful! Not that showing up early is required but by coming early, she immediately showed us we were valued and appreciated for doing business with Blue Best. Her level of professionalism, met with the utmost level of politeness, made the experience positively impactful. I'm grateful to have TaNiesha and her team available to help when needed. Had an issue with our AC over the weekend. BlueBest is always very responsive and helpful. Ray and Jackson came out and went through our system. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Our system now runs great! Thanks
Gary and Dylan just worked their tails off to complete the install of our new heat pump on a hot day before the July 4th holiday. I was really impressed with their consistent hard work as the threaded the power, controls and refrigerant lines carefully through the walls, attic and ceiling of our 100+ year old home. They took the time to do it right, working from 8:45 am to 7:30 pm. They listened to my requests for where to route the lines and left everything in neat and functional order. I am very appreciative of their efforts and love the cool air I’m feeling!
Brandon and Ned did a fantastic job installing a retro fitted ductless system for me. They know what they're doing. They are efficient and thorough. So glad to have enwrgy efficient heating and cooling in the upstairs of my home built in 1970 at a fraction of the cost to install a second traditional HVAC system. Highly recommend Blue Best.
Ned and Brandon were the dynamic install duo. The were professional, knowledgeable and hard workers. We had a complete install of heat pump AC/furnace, and water heater. They did a great job, were super tidy and so pleasant to work with! I would 100% recommend Blue Best for any heating or AC repairs or replacements. Shawn helped us decide on the system and was so knowledgeable about the benefits and drawbacks of each option. We went with a high efficiency system and, bless his heart, he submitted the paperwork for the rebates from both Rocky Mountain Power and Dominion Energy. Yay! Duana and Tami in the office also were great, assisted with financing details and quickly responsive to my questions. You couldn’t find a better group to do business with!
Marty was the one who initially came out to give us a quote. He was very helpful and never really pushed for anything that we didn’t need, in fact he even undersized our outdoor cooling unit so that it would appropriately match what exactly we needed. We were initially going to be scheduled for a few weeks out, but we were actually able to be seen a week after Marty came out. Gary, Dallas, and Dylan came and got everything installed in about a day and a half. Everything looks very professional, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Very much happy with the service that was provided.

Trevor, Shari and Gino came to replace both my furnace and ac unit, they were very professional and efficient. They did a great job and the equipment is very quality as well. As much as I didn’t want to replace the systems I feel confident it’s quality and will last s long time.
I was very pleased and impressed with the service provided by Blue Best and the technician Ben. The company was very responsive and Ben was very thorough on the install. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was up and running well. I would definitely recommend Blue Best!
TaNiesha Hansen came out to do a service on my HVAC unit, she was very professional with a great attitude. Did not try to oversell just laid it out what might be needed eventually and explained everything she was doing and looking at, I will definitely be calling them for my future needs. Thank you
Excellent experience working with Blue Best. They installed a new furnace, AC system and steam whole house humidifier. Daniel was great to work with, very professional and pleasant. He spent a lot of extra time helping us get the thermostat app set up on our phones, making sure we understood the systems and how to control. We also appreciated Doug’s professional and helpful manner. The installation was smooth, no issues or problems. Our new system makes our home more comfortable and efficient. We highly recommend Blue Best, Daniel and Doug and Roger. Roger was great to come on a Sunday evening when we had a concern. He also taught us how to use our new thermostat and ensured all was working well. Craig Hansen

Chad and Dallin were absolute studs. Not only did they identify the problem in a matter of minutes, they also took the time to explain all the necessary details I needed to make the best decision for my home. I appreciate the hell out of them. TaNiesha was awesome! She explained to the exact details for the household to understand the systems in our homes. Response time is quick, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Blue Best is my go to for my HVAC needs. Ray and Jaxon got my AC unit up and running again, they were very quick and professional, and ensured the job was done well.

I have honestly been absolutely wow'd by Blue Best's service. They've been communicative, helpful, and gone above and beyond every single time they've been in my home. My most recent tech was TaNiesha and she was phenomenal. She was on time (actually, early!), efficient, friendly, and answered all of my extra questions about filters (even helping me choose the kind that would be best for my system and cheapest). I'd used another company for my heating/cooling services before, but I'm switching to Blue Best for everything going forward.
Marty was fantastic to work with, as well as Ethan and Nick. I was one of "those" customers and they still went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had my questions answered. They were quite knowledgeable and for questions they didn't know the answer to they didn't just guess, they called someone with the answers. Would absolutely do business with them again.
Blue Best and their technicians worked extremely hard to install 2 dual fuel heat pumps including new furnace components in 2 days. They took the job when some others would not. They solved air flow and uneven cooling problems along the way. I highly recommend them for outstanding service and knowledge about their craft. Their rates are reasonable and fair and undercharge for what you get in service. They are even filing rebates for us.
