Art really took care of me. He knew exactly what the issue was when I described it over the phone, grabbed the parts he needed, and got to me within a half hour. He was able to squeeze me in when he was already booked out, saving me from having to go the holiday weekend without ac. I was very impressed and highly recommend him.

American home shield called a company to repair my AC unit. That company that came out did a poor job repair and also didn't have all the parts to repair correctly nor did they have a thermostat that I asked them to bring. So AHS sent out ACE. Art did an amazing job and also found other problems with the AC contactor that probably caused the failed motor. Art fixed everything including cleaning up some ugly wiring left by the 1st company. ACE Installed a great new thermostat that we love!!! If your having heating or air conditioning problems. Call ACE. they will be the company I use period. A giant thanks to them.
Even though they were slammed, they worked really hard to fit us into their schedule. Art came over within minutes and had our air conditioning up and running in no time. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
Art was incredibly nice to work with and was very responsive! He was able to get my AC up and running in less than 30 minutes. Great service and would recommend to anyone!
Our AC unit quit blowing and was making a humming sound from inside. Our insurance sent out a different HVAC company initially and they would not even take a look at our AC unit from the inside because they said they needed to access the rooftop to look at it and was not informed by our insurance that we live on a two story condominium and did not bring a ladder long enough to access our rooftop and we would have to re schedule with someone else lol. Art with Ace Air Conditioning & Heating came out a few days ago. He repaired the blower from inside and did not even need to access our roof top. He was in and out in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly 👍 we will be using this company for any future HVAC issues!
We were calling around getting quotes for a new AC unit because someone came and told us we have to replace it and it couldn’t be fixed. Art came to give us a quote and told us we could probably fix it and get a few more years, then did the repair right then. Saved us around $4500. He was very professional and it genuinely felt like he was giving us the best option for us instead of what was best for him. Would definitely recommend and use again.
I contacted Ace Air Conditioning as a preferred vendor of my warranty company. They said they would come out two days later between 1pm and 3pm. We confirmed that appointment on the phone. They were a no show. I texted them to inquire why they didn't show, and they said that they texted me but didn't receive a confirmation. They never texted me and I pointed this out to the individual that I spoke with through text message (Robin). They also said they didn't do work for my particular warranty company at this moment in time do to a problem which they didn't describe. This company no showed and it is summer in Utah. It has been very hot. This is extremely unprofessional. It seems to me that due to some undisclosed issue between Ace and my warranty company, they elected to now show. When I pointed out to them that I received no such "confirmation text" - there was no further communication. You may consider taking your business elsewhere. This was a really poor customer service experience. If you give someone your word that you will show, you should do it regardless of what has went on between your company and the warranty company.
We just moved to Utah and had an issue with A/C unit. Art came out and was super helpful and knowledgeable about not only the industry but about our home system. He offered suggestions, scenarios and price ranges. Highly recommend Art and Ace Air Conditioning and Heating.
A few months after moving into our new home, we were noticing some odd noises coming from our furnace so called a different company for a tune-up. That technician diagnosed both of our furnaces as dangerous and unusable. I contacted our home warranty company, who sent out Ace. Mike came out first and spent a few hours figuring everything out, Art came on the weekend to gather some more details to provide to our home warranty company, and when we had a trouble getting approval from the home warranty, Art invested a ton of time providing additional documentation. In the end we replaced both furnaces as well as our A/C unit. Bert and Mick did the installation and were friendly, patient with explaining everything to me, and took great care to clean everything up when they were done. Mike and Art came back out on the last day to finalize everything and they very generously helped solve an (unrelated) issue we were having with our water pressure while they were here. This was not at all part of their job but it was so appreciated. Thanks, Ace!
This company is amazing! 10/10 would recommend! They fit us into their schedule to fix our furnace so that we wouldn’t be cold tonight as temperatures are supposed to drop! They communicated very well throughout the visit and had it fixed in no time even with having to replace a broken part! Thank you guys so much for helping us!!
Our furnace was omitting an absolute awful smell, so we contacted our home warranty company about it. They sent a technician from ACE to come out and take a look. When Mike got here he quickly identified the problem, one he said he hadn't seen but one other time in 25 years. He made us aware that the part they needed was not available in town, he'd have to get it approved (as it was pricey) and pick up the part in SLC. In the meantime he went about his business. As the approval was being taken care of, Art was in constant contact, making sure that we knew the status of things. Approval went through and Mike was on his way back to us with the part... FROM PROVO...at 5:30 in the evening. He didn't get here until 7. That IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! We felt so bad, but were incredibly grateful as it was getting pretty cold in here! Mike was just GREAT! The next morning I awoke to a text from Art making sure our furnace was up and running properly. I cannot recommend Ace, Art & Mika any higher. This place is top-notch!
So what happens when your heater goes out? You try to get the best HVAC person quickly. By chance the owner of this company was on vacation in Oklahoma. After speaking with him about the trouble I was having, he insisted on diagnosing the problem I was having. After further review it was evident that I would need a new system. I reminded him he was on vacation to which he responded “it won’t take too long to install”. He took care of everything including locating a unit locally and all that was needed for the job. This company deserves 10 stars!
Installed brand new Furnace, AC, Water Heater and Thermostat for me. They did an incredible job, were the best quote I got and it wasn’t even close. This is the number 1 place to go if you need anything HVAC!!
Loved these guys! Our air conditioning broke during the heat wave and they were able to come repair it faster than anyone else. We have a home warranty and it can be a pain to find a good company that our home warranty considers "in-network". Glad we found Ace!! They are quick to respond, easy to work with, they got my home warranty company to pre-approve a large repair quickly, everyone from their company is professional and super nice, good pricing and the guy thay came out and did the repair is awesome. Art took great care of us. I had 2 other companies come out; Absolute Air and Black Diamond. They both recommended replacing the AC unit and/or Furnace for $3K to $10K. Art seemed to find the issue right away with no problem. He still did a thorough check to be sure to give me a good assessment. He replaced a diode on the blower motor, and serviced my AC for a fraction of the other's costs and got everything working. I will only use Ace going forward. Thank you!
Hour late the first time they showed, kept running out to their truck to call "The Boss" the tech must have said "The Boss" 100 times every time they came back from the truck, a magical new charge. Couldn't fix issue the 1st time they came out, a week later they come out with no parts from the first visit no paperwork and new tech who knew nothing about the issue. Tried to get $500-$1000.00 paid up front before trying to fix the issue. Our home warranty company suggested we use someone else that's how bad it was. Beware of these guys. Home warranty sent 2nd company out same day, problem solved. We were told we were being lied to, no cooling system take 10+ pounds to recharge lol and wow turns out it didn't. And they did want $$, in hand, up front. not an estimate of charges he wanted us to pay him before he would even take a tool out of his truck.
I am sooooo impressed with Ace! Our central air stopped working and I was worried it would need to be replaced. The technician was on time (actually even 10 minutes early!), professional, thorough, and explained everything he did. I would highly recommend this company!!!
If you're looking for professional, seamless, and quality work, Art is the best! He was super responsive--even coming to our home on a Sunday morning to repair our heater. He installed an HVAC ductless mini as well, and it works perfectly. We highly recommend Ace Air Conditioning & Heating.
