our ac went out and it was so hot inside our house. Jorge Came to our house same day to see what was wrong. Figured out the problem in less that 5 mins came out the next day to fix our hvac system. Now our air feels so cool. Highly recommending this company and will be doing future business ♥️ thank you so much!!
I have been a customer for many many years and I will not go to anyone else for any heat or a/c problems. Jorge, Rolando and their team are the best. I’ve replaced both my inside and outside units and anytime I have any kind of problem with either heating or a/c they are quick to respond and come out to see what the problem is and it doesn’t matter if it’s freezing cold outside or extremely hot they will take care of the problem. I am always satisfied with their work and especially their work ethics. I highly recommend Brazos Air Conditioning for any problems you may have. C Olvera

I rarely write reviews for companies, but I have really enjoyed the professionalism of Brazos Air. They have always responded promptly to my calls/texts, and the staff have always been positive when working on any issues. I like the yearly maintenance plan just to make sure I don't run into a major issue out of the blue. Thank you!
I was having issues with my unit it was not turning on, the breaker kept tripping. They were very professional and reasonable. Definitely recommend, will continue to use in the future too!
Jorge and his team are always GREAT! I have used their services for over 5 years and immediately go to them when I have issues with my AC or heating system. The employees are efficient and very thorough to make sure they fix what is needed to provide quality maintenance at a fair price. They are also very thoughtful! When I had issues with my heating, they made sure to come by before the freeze so my family would be safe! Time of day was no concern for them when it came to caring for their customers. I highly recommend Brazos Air Conditioning!

Roland and his team did a great job installing a 2 ton mini split into our shop/gym. How many contractors can you text and they respond within 15 min? How many contractors will come out and finish a job on a Saturday? How many contractors will bring an additional trade to the job for no cost because they missed something? Not many but these guys came through! Brazos AC is now on speed dial for all things HVAC at my house.

Brazos air conditioning, has installed 2 complete new units for our family at different times, and has also did a handful of emergency calls. Rolando and Jorge go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. I have used different companies before using them . UPDATE: Original review in paragraph below. Roland is really, really great at customer service. My heater went out on the 1st. He came over at 6:00 at night, fixed the problem, and didn’t even charge me since he was the original installer. I am really thankful given it’s a holiday. Our family is thankful for the service Brazos Air provided. It was getting cold in the house!! Roland and his crew evaluated my existing HVAC system and found the issue. As it turns out, my 10 year old Amana system was dated and not worth repairing. Roland gave me several options in quality and price. He provided model numbers and a clear “all in” quote for several systems. I ended up purchasing a York with the 10 year parts and labor warranty. I really do my research on large purchases like this and Roland patiently answered all my questions - I always have a lot of questions. His crew is top notch, friendly, attentive, and really made the process painless. They cleaned up after removing the existing equipment and left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. Roland tested and balanced the system and made sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company. They have fair pricing on equipment as well as service repair. Roland is a really friendly guy who takes customer service seriously. I will certainly continue to contract with them in the future.

Did an install on a house. 2 years later it went out and 2 different AC professionals said that is was installed incorrectly. When Brazos went out to look at it they said they would do nothing to fix it because the other AC companies had touched it. They did a poor install and did not care to make it right.

Listen.....let's talk about the level of professionalism these young entrepreneurs brought with their services. OMG, I am the most impatient, micromanaging person on earth (I get on my on damn nerve!). However, every question I had, they answered, every concern, they addressed. Not only did Brazos install my unit, but yes they also service my unit. I recommend them 1000%. And listen...any other choice is the wrong choice. I'm not telling you what I've heard.
