I called and requested a service technician for my HVAC mini split system. Within an hour the serviceman was at my home and verifying my previous troubleshooting techniques. He serviced my HVAC Unit and had our home cooling down in no time at all. We were Very Pleased with his expert workmanship and courteousness and would definitely recommend calling Vaughn's A/C for any future A/C issues. Thank God, our House is cool again!

What a good company. Drain pan was hooked up wrong from a previous installer and had water going everywhere. The tech fixed up the unit explained why and checked out the unit. Great service with an explanation of what he was doing. Will definitely use them for all my future AC problems.
They have always been great about trying to get your unit back up. They are timely and courteous and never make you feel bad for calling even on holidays or weekends.
